This is in reference to a random (very old) account that made a random off the wall post, shortly after Taco claimed his flavor. Topic 2, page 7.
The account got blocked so they couldn't post in the topic more. It was an early 2000s account with 3k~ karma so it appeared to be an alt itself or else it would probably have much more karma.
But hey, weird thing happens and I try to figure it out, guess that's on me according to chang.
