Not likely but why I don't have Kirby completely locked as town. Realistically he pretty much is but the janitor leaves the door ajar.
this is sound and logical but I think it has minimal chance of being real. Every scenario can't lead to bussing of the team.
I personally choose to treat kirby as town.
