My Vote: I'll go with Cyberpunk 2077 , maybe? BG3 is probably the answer in terms of actually being good, but I wouldn't really call it technically impressive. Runs like crap on my laptop, too.

Think Alan Wake 2's a good contender too.
All the stars in the sky are waiting for you.

I've decided to put my fears behind me. I'm not going back.
If you're gonna scream, scream with me
For being less than halfway through the decade, there's already a lot of strong contenders for this one! Weirdly much moreso than the 2010s, I think.

Gotta give this one to Alan Wake 2 . Remedy demonstrated absolute mastery there of a craft that nobody else looks like they're even starting to practice.
Let the voice of love take you higher,
With this gathering power, go beyond even time!

I missed all the PC discussions, darn it.
2020's I'd say Microsoft Flight Sim

Will there be an 80s one.
I'd Rather Be A Savage Little Elephant, than be a big Bald Bull

I wasn't planning on it, but if people are interested, I could add one extra day.

Azuarc is my favorite arc of the Game of the Decade 2020 anime.
