These two looked like they were struggling early on, so it's impressive that they came back later in the match to win handily.

Dud of the Day: Growlithe/Tyrantrum
A popular gen 1 mon paired with a cool dinosaur, and they only did about as well as every other winner today. This match feels like it should've been more of a blowout!

Walking Wake is hot garbage who deserves to die, but Ariados is one of my favorite spiders in any media.

there were a lot of kinda whatever pokemon in its division, I think. It got 3rd and nothing below it got a positive. And Jigglypuff won with a meager +31, so it's not like there was one standout mon sucking up all the love.
