both the bucks and the suns are just pretty lacking talent-wise. they're old and depleted of assets. coaching isn't the issue there anymore but it's obviously easier to change coaches than to recognize that there's no clear path to contention anymore. (with the caveat that bucks have more of a realistic path because giannis is still giannis and the east is so weak)
yet all azuarc of all sorts are more or less capricious and unreliable - they live in the varying outer weather, and they inhale its fickleness
