The fact that Ctes and Red were swapped/bussed at all kind of means that mafia cant possibly be aware that Ctes scans guilty tonight, right? Because what if Ulti scanned Red? He would just target Ctes and find him guilty? If the theory is that Ctes is conditional Godfather if he gives up his vote, why swap him with Ulti's most likely scan target?
