Fillmore(!) has one of the roughest draws of the bunch, but I wouldn't will BoJack round 1 on anyone. Would still highly recommend the former-- rediscovered it last month and was treated to a solid, sincere spoof of 70s police serials.
Honestly, BoJack Horseman has been one of the biggest underperformers of the last few tournaments. Always seems to get a high seed and always seems to bow out in the first or second round. Still, King Of The Hill and Rick and Morty both had the same problem, and both have since broken through numerous times, so if this is BoJack's year that's obviously bad news for Fillmore.

Yu-Gi-Oh(!) vs. Pokemon could be an all-time classic. One is a contest winner, the other is one of the biggest media franchises of all time.
Pokemon's best ever tournament performance was a trip to the Elite Eight, but that was about a decade ago, it's been a solid midcarder for the most part since then. We'll see what Yu-Gi-Oh does now that it's back in the field. Technically, it's riding a seven match winning streak into this one.

Lain was snubbed in the last contest, but has enjoyed a massive resurgence in the 2020s which has played into its fairly high seeding. Does Board 8 love Lain?
Serial Experiments Lain was in the very first tournament, aaaaaaaaaaaallllll the way back in 2002! Got a #7 seed and lost to Mission Hill in the first round. Since then, I don't think it's even been in the tournament much. It might have won one match in its history, I can't be sure. I was wondering why it was getting so many nominations this time around, in fact it would be higher than #5 if I hadn't bumped it down a seed line due to its poor tournament history. Perhaps I misjudged it?
