I had a hard time placing good old Dick Grayson. This is a design thats excellent at its intended, in-universe purpose (being stealthy and superheroic) but is very unexciting to look at in a vacuum.
Can't really argue with this but I do think it's a really cool looking simple design that fits him perfectly.
I agree with all of this. Though now I wonder how the Discowing costume would have ranked.
