Their best chance to win was against each other

How exactly do you even do that? Seems like something thats a LOT easier to say than to actually accomplish.

Seymour had a hell of a run. If he had made the finals, I was going to vote for him with altered Steamed Hams quotes ("Well Seymour I made it to the finals, despite your directions." "Ah, Sabin, welcome! I hope you're prepared for an unforgettable championhip." "Eh...") but sadly it wasn't to be.

Still, congrats to all the Seymour fans. Even if it hasn't resulted in a championship, it's impressive nonetheless. I just want to say that you all inspire me. I was going to abandon Yuffie next year, but now I've learned that sticking with her long-term is the right thing to do and will pay off someday. So congrats on finishing 3rd, I hope you're at least happy with that showing.

I don't think boxing out is really feasible anymore

maybe if it's mid-round if someone is clearly trailing, but these three were too close for that to work

we did it sickos (acting like I haven't been here for two whole rounds)

While my recent replay of FF9 has done wonders for most of the cast, my opinion of Garnet has unfortunately dropped like a rock, probably bottom 2 now with Bert

anyway win or lose it's been a fun contest and a successful Blond Boi Summer, hope everyone remembers we do this for fun and try to just enjoy what left we have of it

I voted Seymour since I know what its like to push a character trying to get a win for so long. Sucks he didnt end up making it. Passing on the finals since I dont really care enough about Sabin or Garnet to spare the interest
