I could use a Xillia 2 remaster because I've already played 1I don't think you have to remember much about Xillia 1 to play Xillia 2.
Although I've forgotten a lot about the first game other than Milla is great
Zesteria and Berseria two pack because Berseria is technically a prequel WOULD be very funny.FFX already did that.
"Hey we remastered one of the best games in the series but you can only buy it if you also buy the worst one".
I would hope they'd remaster Innocence R and Hearts R before even thinking about Zestiria.I didn't know those two were a thing
Get those games out of Vita jail.
Kind of a hot take but i didn't find Zestiria that bad. I mean i'm not gonna defend it but it's miles better than Xillia 2I'd be hard pressed to find an opinion on this board I've ever disagreed with more strongly.
Is Teepo the horrible little pink thing in that screenshot
The rumored backstory of why the game is so bad is way more fun than the game itself.Do tell
Do tell
Better to get it out of the way early that to be disappointed that this is what it was in the moment.Berseria's best track is thanks to this mid game.
Xillia ain't bad it's just the midest of the mid this series ever gets.
Baba rewrote the entire game near the end of development because he wanted to get with Rose's VA, and turned her from a fairly important side character into the lead heroine, throwing Alicia to the side. This is why new Alicia weapons are still available in all the shops throughout the entire game even though she's not a party member. It's also why Baba left Tales after Zestiria.Known about this story for a while, but looking at it with fresh eyes, I'm reminded of how batshit insane it is lol
What if they "fixed" Zestiria?
I think it's not only possible, but wouldn't be that hard actually
The Vesperia Definitive Edition added two new party members
And it's blatantly obvious when it's new dialogue too because Yuri's new VA sounds very little like Troy Baker
Has Namco ever changed a Tales game story in a remake/remaster? I guess they've added characters, so they could have Alicia with you the whole time or something, but would that be enough?
The Vesperia Definitive Edition added two new party membersBoth of those party members actively make the game worse, too. Flynn is much worse from a narrative standpoint as a playable character that's around way more often, and Patty just sucks in general.
