minor act 3 spoilersHell yes. I've been wishing for a while that some tools should have upgrades. Good to know. Buuut I use fles brew way more often than plasmium.You get an upgrade that lets you refill Plasmium at benches. Still have to go to the fleas for the brew, though, for whatever reason.
