Nah.
Fletchling might be the most common shiny in the game. Like, I've lost 4 or 5 shiny Fletchlings in the alleys due to how easy they are to spook, and I still have like 6 more that I actually caught.
Shinies in general are more common due to the way they spawn and the fact that they stick around.
