The voice actor was struggling to keep and control the voice so he changed it

I know the VA was going for an Walter Matthau impression, but it was really difficult to keep doing so Dan Castellaneta changed it. I figured since I wanted to see if I spelled Walter's last name right I might as just credit the person who is doing Homer's voice too. Wow the internet. Heh.
Today's the same as ever.
Homer sure sounded differently too. That I remember from season 1. He seemed shockingly calm for losing a lottery ticket though. I feel like that has changed or been edited.

It looks like they are all trying to be better than Tecmo Secret of the Stars and that's about it without much charm either.

I'd love to try one that seems worth the effort, or price of admission, but so many rpg maker games often out there are just as cheap/free or better.

Batteries can be changeable on a laptop, but newer laptops have gone the route of placing them inside the chassis instead of the kind that is a simple pop and swap that you would see from the mid 2000s. I don't know why they went that route, but I'm assuming its to save on space since a bare battery without the fancy shell doesn't take up much room.

My last laptop was from 2012/2015, (?) it was awhile ago, it also had a dvd drive too. I actually quickly accepted the no the drive built in. That's fine. Though my old beat up laptop still works. I used it to rip the latest Cure CD. I remember recently looking at my laptop to clean some fan vents and I was like where the fuck is my battery. I guess it's very interior as you stated.

I can't wait till someone here will say that swinging around 13K in real life is worse less than some digital application and also won't accept it. ...... I don't want to make this about myself again and my experiences. I will I remember my older brother saying the same thing before and it does sound bad ass. It's also still cars (even used) are expensive. I am not sure if that makes as much as an impression on people as old folks think it used to do.

I used to chuckle sometimes when I spent a 100 dollar bill many years ago.

Another thing, my battery doesn't seem to be changeable, which doesn't matter to me. As I never had good luck with inserting new batteries into phones or laptops anyways even if I recalibrated them. It seems once the device learns the battery is shot bad, it thinks every further battery is the same.

Going back to the TC. This is why I spent likely more on this laptop because I wanted something better than just some winky do winky don't laptop. I'd at least like to try and run some graphic intensive games and see what happens. I can't imagine a 600 dollar laptop being that good for any sort of gaming unless it's indie titles. I know TC did say he just wanted to play WoW on minimum settings but still. Things have moved on since the eMachines, but that was literally just throwing money away.

Everyone here is going to give better suggestions, but I got overzealous with running my acer predator whatever gaming laptop on auto fan with 100 percent charged battery plugged in. (Some of this I was aware of but there wasn't a problem initially). I was playing Ghostwire:Tokyo on Ultra and I realized my laptop was getting hot but I only played it for a few hours mostly at a time..... blah...blah....I can still run Elder Scrolls Online on high but I have to make sure the fan is running louder than I want because it now gets to 90'c. I think I figured this out. If I don't. 90'c even if the laptop doesn't feel that hot is absurd!!!

It was just getting way too hot when I was playing ESO and even a couple other not so demanding games. I got it under control now, probably.

California has a lot of freedom, but they also have Los Angeles. Anyhow I suppose I just wanted to say how a dream of many I think is still to make it out to California. I don't even think it is a red vs blue vs green thing. California still seems like a promised land.

The government! Ok that was so fake it was beyond fake.

This is going to get too complicated besides just saying pre game shows. Eh just to stay there, a pre event show shouldn't be all day or just yeah. I mean I don't have to be there to see it, or even stay on that channel but it was neat when the pre-game show was like an hour and then it's still an hour but now it really is like more than that because they try to guilt you into watching more before what you really want to watch.

This is a silly comment, as I am sure I have a better example, but blah there. That's mine for now.

The Europeans actually have that dirty eye shadow going. I know this is a fighting game, but I always will give some points to the solo fighter with a lone wolf feel.

That is an interesting bet. TBF I went to the dollar tree here, and I had been there not long ago they already had some dollar+ plus items. I get that (for a long time) but the prices for certain household items were $1.50. They I guess didn't want to wait. Heh The stores have often been 1.25 and a lot of actually worth it if you do want to drop 4.50. Family Dollar etc has existed.

Anyhow I was thinking the same thing too. I worked at a mall store that I am sure is a lot of Chinese goods. *sigh* it wasn't that, that bothered me other things, but I digress. Do you want to gamble on shipping.

I am sure fight fans know the foibles of Capcom. How the first release of Street Fighter not only was it a bad game, but you had to physically slam and mash the button as hard as possible:

https://youtu.be/1RhCeOHrYoM?si=tNU9oG4pVoRaztVG

I tried to mark the moment. It's around 5:39. They made two different arcade machines. 7 minutes. I think is my point. Pressure sensitive. It wasn't how fast you could hit it but how hard you smashed it.

I'd wait till a proper holiday sale, but do I remember buying a Wii U during a Christmas in July sale at Best Buy because I had a 50 dollar gift card I had no idea what to spend on. So I just walked and got one. I have zero regrets (the Wii U just had Tropical Freeze come out for reference).

Sometimes if the mood is right, do it. Waiting too long also backfires. Ok to correct my wishy washy answer (live edit). The Switch 2 doesn't have a lot of games at the moment, and I am not sure how stable these first runs are, I don't think they are going to fail. People just complain they have no games and the keycards from what I saw. The Switch 2 seems to run a lot of Switch 1 games better.

Mortal Kombat 4 one of the jokiest games ever. They still did alright for themselves eventually. I was at the age to care about MK4 I just eh MK2 peaked and then there was the Trilogy and I was good. Anyhow to bring it back to SF2. That was the fighter at the time. Turbo or Movie edition *wink*

I remember reading EGMS and people asking when is Street Fighter 3 going to come out and there was a barrage of Street Fighter Alpha 2 and all this all stuff. I wonder if the teasing of a SF3 was part of the strategy. I doubt they'd be that self aware back then.

I wish face reactions didn't become the defacto way to get "pushed" on youtube. It's so lame. Also I find it funny how the thumbnails automatically change based on what one gets clicked on most? What the fuck? Is this some sort of Clue movie where everyone sees different thumbnails and whoever clicks on a certain one the most is the chosen one?

I wouldn't know this if people didn't actually say this is how it works. I always wondered why I'd watch a video, not care much and then see it again in my recommendations and the thumbnail is different.

Other than AVGN I can't think of any other videogame reviewer who was big a decade plus ago is still at least mostly relevant or people seem to still gravitate towards. People still watch Angry Joe, it's just different now. I remember watching Gamester81 or Super Derek is trying to make a comeback again (Derek isn't as old as Gamester). Oh I got a good one the Game Heroes came back they were the alternative to Screw Attack! But a lot of this stuff is just hobbyist now.

There is newer content that is worth watching still, but I am sidetracking this too much. There was a culture back then where people weren't just making it to try to play the algorithm I guess with a bunch of fake sounding names. Dungeon Chill and Majuular are cool, but they still do things their own way I guess and I was trying to think of old channels that are still relevant hehe

Lmao the baguette stuff was funny in Claire Obscure. Par for the course, still but a french joke about bread eh I heard it before. Still funny hon hon. Didn't need to see Other Joe wearing that bathing suit though. Overall the review wasn't bad. I feel like I've grown down in ways even more so in the ways that should matter, but I still don't care about any of his movie reviews or his news or his whatever else he posts overall. I remain subscribed, like a sorta Guru Larry thing where well he started uploading again and that is a whole nother topic. He's a legit bloke, but some of his uploads now do teter towards well I uploaded this for basically sponsored content (which ppl do need to make money).....

I skimmed watched half AJ's Mind's Eye review finally, and I like how it did reference Mindjack an old shitty game he reviewed at the very beginning. This review didn't need to be an hour plus long. I don't recommend watching it. Just look up funny glitches and that'll do. There were parts I legit liked but he needed to reel that review in tighter.

I like it on hot dogs too. Prefer it over plain mustard. Yellow mustard is gross to me. There was this era where if you ate a hot dog with ketchup you were considered to still be a kid. I never knew where this thought came from originally.

FXX ceased to exist, but not really depending on your market? On Spectrum I saw new episodes of IASIP on just FX original this year. Even though it still often says in media it being an FXX exclusive. See this stuff is annoying, why did IASIP have to move off FX in the first place and then just stream a bunch of shows on Hulu likely.

This is my small rant just to say the two new episodes I saw were funny but everything is so splintered.

I like Ketchup on a burger or fries, that's about it. But I do find it hilarious it was originally created to mask the taste of possibly spoiled meat. I was an easy going fellow, I wouldn't choose to eat willingly spoiled meat because that was all they had back then but boy things were simpler. Someone had to invent Ketchup, like how about we add some sugar and tomatoes and voila!

I actually liked AoTC it's too bad the romance scenes were so boring. Not enough good acting! At least it was filmed at an beautiful place! I guess I have a soft spot for that movie for some reason. Not sure where I'd rank it overall, but it's my favorite of the prequels.

I think A New Hope gets slagged on way too much, even by older fans who barely consider it better than RoTJ, but those first two sort of blend together in this poll option, I mean. Because a lot of people could like some others more. The Grogu thing was just nothing to me and either was just bait or yeah I didn't watch the Mandalorian wars. So w/e.
Today's the same as ever.
Maybe liking BB8 better than R2D2. I don't even know who Grogu is. These Star Wars topics always get hits, so I guess I wanted to be apart of the moment. Most of your takes aren't really that far off base. I don't know any BB8 fans so I thought that one stood out the most.

Someone should ask Charles Barkley if he knows about that game. I don't know it ever crossed over into internet mainstream popularity. But anyone who even touched an emulator I think knows about that game.

It came out in 2008? Feels like it is older than that. Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden is a freeware role-playing video game developed by Tales of Game's Studios, jokingly presented as an official sequel to both Barkley Shut Up and Jam! and Space Jam.

Even wikipedia does state it as a joke sequel to that likely lousy Charles Barkley Basketball game.

I considered those games. The Loathing ones, but eh never really dropped the few dollars they cost. I heard they were funny. Comedy is subjective, ofc. Games that intentionally try to be fourth wall breaking or funny generally aren't. I reckon, I find humor in smaller moments like even in the Twisted Tales of Spike McFang. That's pretty funny. It's a SNES vampire game. He eats tomatoes to regain health because gotta keep it rated E! There is some whimsy in the game though often.

Cena's reign of terror I feel like really went into overdrive, when he destroyed NXT. I need to do some research but the Benoit thing was such an horrific incident for all participants . It was 2007 and well Eddie passed away in 2005. I just yeah obviously heard about the Benoit story on Sports radio. I wouldn't equate Super Cena in 2007 but certainly by 2011.

Anyhow this was supposed to be an Attitude era topic or reflections, and here I am looking up years, like a smark.

^ Well Cena as THUG LIFE carried it better than Taz ever did though I do think the powers that be realized that he actually on the shorter side fwiw. I like Taz that song rules. I actually stopped watching at the start of the Ruthless Aggression era so I missed pretty much all of the early Cena and and Super Cena. I'd say around 2014 is about when I started to follow the product more closely again because a friend I hang out with a lot would talk about Sheamus a lot when he was a newer star :P and yeah. Times go by. I don't really watch it a lot now, but I can't help but try and still follow some storylines.

I realized that I actually didn't like DX until the H man took it over. I always had this thought, but it was reconfirmed some years ago. Anyhow a lot of the wrestling wasn't the best, but something was always happening. Even the referees sometimes had storylines!!!

There are better reviews, but because I am a bit over amused from drinking last night. He recorded himself and telling Other Joe to buy a purple sexual toy for his review. His Saints Row reboot was funny too, but this sure was a classic era of people just making what they wanted and not having to chase an algorithm to make ends meet. I wanted to just share the clip, but it might have gotten removed. It has to be in here haha

Oh the bit is in the first five minutes. So there it is. I also liked his screen joke in the background where he would elaborate on the points he is making in the background. I think that was just the style at the time.

This, basically. The NA one tells me it's going to be some kind of an adventure. The JPN one could be anything. Hell, it could be a flower-themed bejeweled game for all I know. Plus, I actually like the design choice in general of the NA one. I feel it was well done and makes me curious on what lies ahead of her.

Thank Goodness Cleopatra's fortune finally purged. I found that way too funny, but I would always see it in my amp and did bump it a little. The JPN cover art here really could just be anything the game. She is doing alchemy (if transferring from one tube to the other counts) but it's not far and away better.

I am still subbed to him out of some old stubborness but all he does now is review movies usually badly and whatever else he does news. I guess he still makes money and does well enough. I still think skits can be really funny but know when to end it. His Dragon Age review, he wouldn't end his skits, they kept going when they weren't even funny. it tanked the video for me.

Actual rich people are buying into the WNBA. Strangely I only ever saw this story reported here. As I said this kind of behavior is kinda funny in a way. Trash talk is insane, as long as people aren't bringing in weapons or hurling things to hurt people physically. This is crass, but sometimes throwing the ol octopuss or catfish onto the ice is funny. Somebody had to shove that into their pants to get in.

Parody and satire doesn't always hit as well when it is basically real life due to social media etc. I remember when GTA V came out and I just didn't find it as fun as GTA IV. Sure that game had a more grounded story generally with wacky moments. By the time GTA V came out it was just yeah this isn't even a parody anymore this is just day to day life BS normally.

Two are ID software. I never liked Duke Nukem tbh. I played it, but it just wasn't my bag baby. Hey I wasn't really in on the joke that all this man energy is funny or something. I never knew why GOG added all those jrpg porn games, but this attack on creditors isn't just on porn games. It's also on games that involve self harm and depictions of neglect and anything that seems in bad spirit basically. I can't believe any creditor would take this seriously since the youtube channel has less than 500 subs. It's Look Forward or some dumb name. I don't even want to look it up directly here for research, yet. There are too many terrible NSFW games floating out there, but I doubt these people really care about what they are fighting for as in they just think they could make some noise.
