For a lot of comic characters, a new writer will try to shake things up, while ignoring everything the last writer did. Wolverine seems to be what happens when you don't ignore it and just adding and adding until it snowballs out of control.

AP and AR are good candidates as mentioned.

You can probably find a "marketing coordinator" role somewhere without any educational requirements. Though it'll probably be administrative gruntwork and no marketing.

I've seen plenty of buyer/planner roles that don't require a degree.
