The score only goes up to 99, but I made it a point to beat him in the race 50 times, and then kick his ass 50 times; 100 - nothing.

Not even that. I've beat him plenty of times running the beach, hopping the trees, and even klimbing that long ass ladder. It's more don't make unnecessary movements or fuck up, than finding a single korrect path.

What kind of pizza does not have cheese? It's there by default, same as sauce and krust. Not knowing what a plain pizza is just sounds silly no matter how long you've been indoctrinated into kalling it a cheese pizza.

Never had one. Always ordered the same 10-inch pepperoni pizza and gave the same $2 tip, growing up. Been over a decade since I last orderd a pizza, though.

People who stab their attacker once and leave the knife in them.

People who gain the upper hand against their threat and run away instead of finishing him/her/it off. Especially when they know damn well they need time to figure out how to leave/start a vehicle/find a missing person/put up with an injury hampering mobility.

Annoys me to no end, yet somehow, it's the most kommon shit ever.

Not necessarily. Wario was pretty much immortal for WL2 and 3, but poor sales and komplaints about ease drove Nintendo to give him a health bar in later games. Gameplay does not always line up with narrative/kanon/lore.
