Much as I adore One Piece, it's Usopp. I'm pretty deep into Egghead and I genuinely do not recall the last time he did anything remotely significant.

Civil cases are basically a chess game where you sometimes have all your pieces, and sometimes they have more pieces than you.

I feel like it kinda depends. If it's too hard due solely to a skill issue, an easy game is worse. But if a hard game is hard because of stupid shit, like game design, cheap one hit mechanics, unseen or unforeseen traps or pitfalls, shit you can't prepare for, damage sponges, or any other number of ancillary factors not directly related to player skill, then I'd say a hard game is worse.

Much as I don't care for Rowling and her bigoted views, the books really ignited my interest in reading.

Never cared for the movies though. I never felt like they captured the magic and storytelling of the books. I really feel like if I hadn't already read the books, I'd be a little lost cause the little details just aren't as fleshed out as they are in the books. Hazards of transferring mediums I guess.

Honestly? No. It's been quite good for me. Personally speaking, of course. Met my first girlfriend, got married, graduated trade school, got a big raise, taking on additional responsibilities at work, expecting a child now.

I switched from retail to commercial electrical work 4 years ago (I'm 37 now). Best decision I ever made and honestly wished I'd jumped ship sooner. Great job, awesome coworkers, benefits, and a great company.
