split out 13th archive database

same-old story how I gotta manage the database, filled up another GB again so I had to split from main, now using 15 databases of my allotted 25

still a bunch more to go before I have to find another solution, the splitting thing is annoying to do though so if there's any issues that's probably why and lemme know
