Where did it land in your backyard?

I remember one time a few years ago (I think 2007) Texas was getting some pretty bad rainfall during the Summer and lighting struck the underground area where my phone lines were connected to.

It wasn't a good night that day. Really weird to put that phrase together I know but it was.

Took them four days to finally come out and fix the problem and installing new phone lines. Happened sometime while my Dad was at work and I was at school. Everything's alright now for me so how was it like for you to go through that?

2006 was a great year for the WWE. Rather forgotten by so many people but having DX reuniting, the ECW PPV in June, Jeff Hardy coming back, Edge/Cena Unforgiven 06 and Mysterio winning the only Rumble he'll probably ever win created a memorable year everyone should take the time and look back to on YouTube.

Sure it was the same year where we had the December To Dismember PPV and The Great Khali debuted but those are just unripe turnips growing out of the garden that should just be left alone and thrown in the trash. Your growing something more scrumptious right?

So for the longest time, I've considered hosting a Save My contest for every WWF/WWE game, then another contest for all other wrestling games, and then a third one featuring the Top 10 or so of both contests.

First, some input from you:
1. Should Crush Hour/Betrayal/With Authority/etc. be included so we can say we included every WWF/WWE game ever? Or just the wrestling ones?
2. Should sims be included in the other contest?

I'll be the savior here to answer your question. I was the king at the "Save My" contests here at B8 back in the day.

1. I would say no. Since there would be a good 40 or so more games included in the contest I think it would get monotonous and boring in the first few rounds as those games would be nothing but filler in the contest and be some of the first out. I would expect the final involving a combination of Shut Your Mouth/Here Comes The Pain/DOR1/SVR06/No Mercy. All of those "other" wrestling games would just get in the way.

My story with having the worst teacher ever in my life back in 5th Grade is a little more dramatic but I will do tell.

I had her as my teacher back in 5th Grade. I remember in general I didn't like that year at all. For 127 days I had to deal with being in a classroom of 22/23 kids where 17 of them were girls and only 6 of them were guys. The kids if I remember correctly back then in Elementary School were handpicked by the teachers so screw this b***h.

That year was complete misery for me. Do you know what happens with girls around that time when they are in 5th Grade? They want to deal with trying to "grow up" in the world trying to be away from the parents and start trying to fill in the shoes their Mother would eventually pass on to them at yes even at an age early as 11. Every single of those girls I had to deal with during that year were virtually all the same to me that treated me like gunk everyday like I worthless in this world for being a skinny arm twit that could never see me get a girlfriend in my life.

All of those girls in the classroom (including the teacher Ms. Carroll) hated just the slightest mention of video games in the room every way in some how some way or form. All of them were concerned about fashion and making a big deal how nice it was to have their parents stay up late and watch an episode of Family Guy at 11:00 at night on Adult Swim and referencing it at school with nothing else to do when they could at the very least not seem worthless in my eyes and play volleyball or tennis or something. Not a single one of those girls were like that. Fat and disgusting and not pretty in the slightest.

Ms. Heather Carroll eventually (I don't know if she was in a fine mood that day or not) came over screaming at me in my face for being so much different then any of the girls she had in the classroom and made me flip my desk over with all of my supplies spilling out on to the floor and I had to pick up the mess she made all by myself and the rest of the kids - or should I say trannies made fun of me all day as I was fixing up the mess she made all over the floor she and the other kids were laughing at me and my mess she made as I cleaned it by myself while I was crying.

She still teaches at the Elementary School that I went to back in 5th Grade - seven long years ago and I don't think I will forgive her for it. I just wished something unsuspecting and horrifying would happen to her like her wedding ring getting flushed down the toilet or something and getting dumped by her husband. I don't know but she was just a c***.

My personal favorite wrestler right now at the moment is Dolph Ziggler. He's just great at everything he does. One way I can say I can see him finally get over as face is that if Dolph really calls himself "The Show Off" he needs to be act like one in the ring. Let's say laying out his opponent multiple times with his finisher more then a few times then needed to be done once the match is about to be over.

Another way I would be thinking is having a "re-visioning his glory days" face gimmick where "his best friend was a cheerleader" where he brings pom poms to the ring where he gets on the mic and say "This is for my best friend Nicky. Wherever you are this one is for you buddy. I'm trying show the whole world with what I do best. Wrestle."

He shows off with the pom poms in his hands using them as a weapon after the match claiming how "Nicky always wanted to follow in my foot steps" and it leads somewhere later on in his face role that Nicky was in fact really him and he gets more aggressive as he shows no remorse for his opponents in the ring, specially other heels.

I assume some of these wrestlers you have in mind that you feel like nominating which include Sting, Harley Race, Shark Boy, A.J. Styles, Jerry Lynn etc. are all up for debate on whether they should participate in this contest or not. Not any of them have actual wrestled before the WWF was changed to the WWE for legal issues.

I'll go ahead and allow these wrestlers in for nominating in the contest if only because ECW and WCW were never necessarily companies that competed with each other with the WWF/E back in the day for better ratings or what have you.

They would sometimes have specials that would come on live television sometimes just to mock around with one another with the right for some episodic specials that came on that had WWF competitors compete on WCW shows and the same for WCW competitors on WWF shows. In particular the Survivor Series 2001 PPV standing out as an example for this.

In other words sure you can.

That orange Gamecube is pretty elegant. It's a good color (better then it being burnt orange.)

Nintendo is experimenting alot wth color lately with the 3DS so here's hoping this is things to come for the Wii U. Black w/White at launch is a start.

Good list by the way. Nintendo always has a nice chronological history in something besides games so it's nice to look at the company's past system colors.
