Surprised you didn't pair Nisus with Schismogenesis, as they both play during the same battle (not to mention you usually pair up songs that are close to each other on the list and come from the same game or series).

Chaos Ring and Nebula drop from Ryukotsuki on Hard. They drop so often you'll be sick of them by the time you get a Muramasa +1 or Yasutsuna +1. Normal mode Ryuk drops the normal Muramasa and the Thief Ring, making Puppet Master obsolete except for the Holbein Dagger and his soul.
Right now I'm trying to get dual Val +1s from The Count so Ryuk dies faster, but that too is taking forever. I HAVE snagged 4 souls (and like 15 regular Drac souls, which inexplicably appear in his drop pool), the Claimh +1, and the Feather Boots though.

Chapter 11 is basically a huge middle finger to people who grinded Chapter 3 Hard (such as myself). Now the only thing you can get from Menace alone is the Heaven's Sword, which is a Normal mode item.
Even better are the Berserker Mail and Simon's Plate.

GANON1025 posted... Why did you need mana prisms? Were you not using survival mode?
I did all my grinding offline because I didn't want to tie myself to someone else. That and having 2 Master Rings is better than 1. Not to mention I got a few of my Jonathan subs to 9 by farming the Fuma gear.

A runabout! I'll steal it! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW!
So I finally buckled down and finished getting all of Shanoa's spells to level 9 (Grando took 4 hours and 2 million gold worth of Mana Prisms to get from level 8 to 9). I had no real reason to do it since I have all of her rare item drops, but I figured I may as well get the completion.
Now the only thing left to do is get the Retro gear, a Yasutsuna/Claimh/Valmanway +1, the Feather Boots, and finish maxing Soma's boss souls (Legion, Beelz, The Count, and Ryuk).

The top and bottom songs are from two bands mentioned on That Metal Show, so I checked them out, liked 'em, and posted my favorites from their latest soundtracks. The middle song is something my concert band is going to perform next month.

I have read that Roger is polarizing. Personally he's my second favorite behind Bullock. The fact that he's so over the top sociopathic is what makes him funny to me, but to each his own.

Xiahou Shake posted... American Dad kicks the crap out of Family Guy so badly I can't even believe it's by Seth.
Actually I think it's the writing staffs that have a lot to do with it. I think the only FG episode written by Seth himself was the pilot (there may have been more but it would be no more than a handful).
and the characters are just unlikeable.
No one dislikes Bullock. No one.

American Dad is pretty awesome, yes. It's too bad a lot of people don't give it a chance either due to never watching any of it past the first few episodes, or associating it with Seth MacFarlane/Family Guy and automatically passing it off as s*** (I'm looking at you, Punch).

his entire lower body gets hurt when he lowers his arm, almost everyone thought that only the red orb can but hurt but he takes 3 hits from Fish Head.
How have I never noticed that? Fish Head is what I normally attack him with, but I always aimed for his heart, and typically get three hits per toss if I throw it soon enough. And you're killing him with three heads on Hard? I assume with Berserker Mail?

A runabout! I'll steal it! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW!
R. The Count's attacks are nothing compared to that screen filling bastard Ryukotsuki. He's the only boss on Hard mode I can't consistently kill (in the three times I've managed it, I somehow scored a Muramasa +1). It seems like the only times he ever opens his weak point, I cant get close enough, and he basically just outlasts me.

I used to play the hell out of that game in the mid 90's (it came free in a games bundle with one of our computers), and I just now thought of it again. Who doesn't love a good joke song (or three...)?

Posting my Wild Arms 5 list one more time. Is the order good? I'm pretty certain 4 5 and 6 are good, since the latter two are retired and Muzzle nearly got that far.
1. Crossing Over The Sorrowful Land (Southeast Filgaia)
2. On The Day The Shovel Was Named Invincible (Dean's Theme)
3. Nightburn
4. A Muzzle Dancing In Hatred (TF System: Tower M)
5. Persephone's Battle Theme
6. At The Frozen Depths Of The Heart (Celestial Peak, Ice Queen Battle)
Alt. Fereydoon

Tip: Legion and Beelz are excellent sources for leveling Shanoa's Globus and Acerbatus spells (and anything else that covers a wide area).
Grando on the other hand will drive you insane. It hits once and costs 15 MP per cast, making it by far the longest grind in the game (and as a base game spell, it counts towards her stat growth).

A) Wild Arms 5 needs On The Day The Shovel Was Named Invincible. Too good a track to pass up.
Thought about it. Of course I've never been too good at predicting B8's tastes (Nightmare from Alundra being a prime example).
So what say you about my order? I feel 4, 5 and 6 are spot on going by contest strength. I stuck Fereydoon's theme into the Alt slot because B8 has always been lukewarm on it. As for Shovel, would you or anyone else prefer I replace something with it?

GANON1025 posted... Also, the Fuma's Greaves also give the speed up bonus I think, but that's only for certain characters.
Whip users and Fuma. They're as fast as the Winged Boots, while the Retro Boots of Chapter 10 Hard (same character restriction) are as fast as the Mercury Boots.

For getting off the ground, I'd say Charlotte and Yoko are good candidates. Charlotte levels up by absorbing enemy spells (she has infinite chances to do so with each enemy, as opposed to having to get lucky when they die), and Yoko only has 3 spells.
Use either of them to unlock the stages, then you can just farm chests with whoever else. And be thankful for the offline co-op. It'll make "survival grinding" 100 times easier.
Survival Mode in theory is you and someone else getting thrown into Gergoth's room and having to duel each other, but in practice it's probably the most commonly used way to level up the grind characters (such as the Belmonts and Shanoa) by turning Gergoth into a pin cushion over and over. On 360 you have to do it online with someone else, but PS3 users can just do it by themselves if they have two controllers. At least I assume they can.
And you may find this site useful. It has drop lists for each boss and purple chest.
seems you are trying every single track on this album, eh? It's decent though, kind of strange...music like this takes several listens to get into
Not all, just the two notable ones (and Vega-Tables because it sounds even more bizarre than the rest). If you ever have time, check out the backstory on the Smile album. It's pretty interesting.

Surprised no one's mentioned Scorpion / Sub-Zero yet. Also I think Flynn would be a better rival for Yuri (in Zagi's case it was pretty much entirely one sided).
