League of Legends is a bad system. What Dota 2 is going to do is far better. League locks out characters unless you pay more. Dota 2 charges you for none gameplay related items.

You do realize that every character in League of Legends and every gameplay related item (like rune pages) can be bought with IP, something you earn in game? You can take the easy route and buy them with real money (RP), but it's purely optional.

Not to mention that every week there's a champ rotation (10 each week) who you can play for free.


So no, it's not a bad system.
It doesn't matter. In a competitive scene that's a terrible system. Everyone should have access to all of the same characters. You can't have quality competition if everyone doesn't have access to every character.

And I'm actually in college right now. Going for my bachelor's degree in design. Out of school until the Fall, but I'll be in Canada for the summer, working on my portfolio.

I actually like Voyager. DS9 is my favorite. I might like Voyager more than TNG, I'm not sure. I'd have to watch through all of Voyager.

Up definitely could have gone without the talking dogs and all that, but the good scenes in that movie are really damn good. So, it's tough to mind... especially since the animation is some of the greatest I've seen, as well.

Brave's at 73% now, and there's still no reviews for Abe Lincoln. I'm gonna be so bummed if it isn't pre-screened for critics, because that'd be a sure sign that it's a turkey... and I really don't want it to be one.
There were 4 reviews for Lincoln on IMDB. It's looking good so far.

If you just want puzzles and lots of backtracking, you should like them.

REmake and Silent Hill 2 are much better than the Fatal Frame series. I really don't like Fatal Frame. They're intended to be scary, which they're not. Combat is annoying more than anything.

Just got back from an advanced screening that was the (according to the director) first screening seen by people outside of the cast/crew of the movie. Overall I was very impressed, having never read the book I did not really know what to expect. Acting was good, nothing Oscar worthy but no poor performances. Everyone did their job well, especially Benjamin Walker and Dominic Cooper. They both excelled in their roles as Lincoln and Henry respectively. Plot flowed well and was easy to follow, and the action was absolutely fantastic. It was over the top, fast paced, bloody, and very well done. If you don't mind seeing vampires getting hacked, slashed, and bashed to death in a wide variety of ways, you'll enjoy this movie.

I'm really curious to see if this game has the longevity of D2 for people. I'd say it doesn't, but I'd probably be wrong. I guess some people are making a ton of money. I know my friend started playing even more because he said his cousin had made $300.

I'd say most people yeah, but not everyone. That just kind of killed the game for me. I mean, not just that alone. The whole Auction House in general. They basically built the game around the Auction House. There's a good game buried under the Auction House, and the Auction House just makes it not fun. I've pretty much quit playing. I was hugely addicted to it for 2 weeks for what it's worth. Didn't buy the game myself. Never spent any real money on it.

I don't know if this was the same for anyone else, but I noticed on 2 different characters I was playing, I would always get a ton of items for a certain other hero. For instance, playing on my Barbarian, the majority of rares I would get would be for the Demon Hunter. Playing on my Wizard would tend to give me Witch Doctor items. That was really annoying.

Not actual TV shows, I like the ones that are good. I'm talking about stuff that gets aired with commercials. I absolutely cannot stand the taking a break every 10 minutes to get 3 minutes of commercials routine. It's like drinking soda. You stop doing it for 9 years, go back, and say wow...this is terrible. How did I ever do this before?
