-Accurate Rod/(Brass Knuckles) of Smiting +3, Lev 12, MME. (Would actually be able to use ES with it.)
-Diamond Cincture, Several books, looking at the one in MME.
-Cloak/(Coat) of Translocation, Adventurer's Vault 2.

And, looking at how artifacts work, I'm more than slightly worried about how to make trapped Aluxial one.

...Just checking, if I don't take the Pact Boon with Hybrid Talent, I don't have to take Dire Radiance, or does being a Starlock just straight up require my having it?

PHB3 says to have it, I have to have selected the at-will associated my my pact, which... might mean I don't have to have something that's completely useless that I didn't choose of my own free will. (Picking something useless of my own free will is a completely different story. <_< >_>)
