He does not use the Tri Beam/Kikoho on Cell, he uses the Shin Kikoho (I would guess God Tri Beam would be the translation here, or something like it). Ok, it's Chrono Trigger. (Which doubles as the best soundtrack ever) but I'll play along and we can discuss this.
The SNES was absolutely loaded with amazing Soundtracks. DKC DKC2DKQ Super Castlevania IV Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island Super Metroid Super Mario Kart Megaman X The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Super Mario World The top 3 in some order (read CT first, others fighting for 2) Megaman X (RIDICULOUS, even for a Megaman game, Sigma's Fortress 1 is IMO, one of the 10 best gaming BGMs ever) The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. If it is single most iconic, it is Son Goku going Super Saiyan against Freeza If it is most watched, (sadly) it probably actually is Pikachu nuking the Spearows If it is best done original.
