Will be able to see at the end of the season if it makes any difference as you can see peoples total points scored in the VS league too which will be minus week 1 points.

I'm bottom of the league and was shafted by the technical difficulties (10+ transfers for me this week).
My two cents is keep it at a Week 1 start. It would obviously be beneficial to me if it started Week 2 but the fairest way of doing it is keeping it as a Week 1 start. We had plenty of times to get teams in so it's really our own fault for leaving it to the last minute to try change our teams.
If anything, the free wildcard already eliminates a lot of the advantage the top teams got because the main points winners in early seasons are those who correctly call how teams are going to line-up in the new season. Those who get it right get a great early advantage and those who get it wrong have to use their transfers to fix their teams whilst probably taking a points hit.
And the unlimited Week 2 transfers equalizes a lot of that out because since we've seen most teams in action already so know which fringe players are likely to play more this season.

Yeah, the only real issue is that it was announced postponed a full 2 days prior to the match and was posted as such in here. Basically, it wasn't cancelled last minute. So it depends whether you consider that reasonable time to change or not.
But like I said, a draw is a reasonable outcome.

Crucifying my Oracle average one match at a time
Put it down as a draw. It was a pretty ballsy pick as it was if it was't postponed and Everton have easy-ish games coming up (QPR, Blackburn, Aston Villa, Wigan). So it eliminates a team for him which may actually be a viable pick in the coming weeks.

1. Man Utd 2. Chelsea 3. Man City 4. Liverpool 5. Arsenal (assuming Nasri and Fab go)
And yeah Man Utd do lack a midfield dynamo. I think Fergie will take a gamble and use this season to try blood Cleverly and assess whether Anderson is going to cut it or not. Remember Anderson played decently towards the tail end of last season.
He probably knows we're favourites for the title with or without that midfielder and realistically we aren't going to win the CL unless we're really lucky. So it's not a huge gamble.
If things are going terribly in January he might bring someone in.

That's a chain store and the only site I bothered to check. £110 = $176. Might even be able to get more elsewhere.
And I know for a fact we get games vastly cheaper than the US (not sure on Canada prices) because I currently bounce between England and Florida at the moment.

Watched the Winners Final first thinking it was grand final by mistake and that was a damn good match as it is. Maybe slightly biased because I'm a Noel player.
And wow at the Grand Final. Spark has ridiculous defence. I really felt for Lord Knight, psychologically it must be so hard when you hit a brick wall like that and in the finals to boot. Would have been a really nice touch if Spark had made an attempt to console him at the end!
Who sent Spark to the loser's bracket in the first place?

I was so bummed out about missing Evo this year. It happened to fall across a period where I was moving house and I only got internet back the day after it finished. I've seen bits and pieces of SF and MvC but zero BB which is the game I play :(

Dolph could drop the belt and then move on to Punk since he was shooting his mouth off about Cena/Punk prior to their match.
I mean as an interim thing more than WM material. Could have it where Ziggler constantly calls him out then backs out of it or keeps ambushing him/screwing him.

pjbasis posted... Where from US to UK does it take 10 hours? West coast?
Manchester <> Orlando is generally anywhere between 9 hours and 10 hours 30 depending on flight path/weather/etc.
Think fastest I've done it is 8 hours 30. Slowest was like 11 hours 30 mins but that was when that volcanic ash was around so it was like diverted flight path or something.

ExThaNemesis posted... From: Procrastinater | #036 We should start a "Get Casey Anthony Naked" fan page. can you imagine how pissed people would get?
Let's do it.
I'm down, if only because I'm getting pretty tired about how hung up people are about this case. It was bad enough hearing it non-stop off the wife and mother-in-law non-stop when I honestly couldn't give a f*** and they at least live in Florida.
Terrible s*** happens every day. Some of it far worse than this case. Yes it's horrible and all but going on and on about it won't change a thing. Not for the current case nor for any future cases that are similar. People should instead vent at terrible stuff they may actually be able to have an impact on imo.
It was similar when Amy Winehouse died. So many people harping on about her death and how it was a terrible tragedy and the such whilst completely ignoring what happened in Norway at virtually the same time.

Mark Henry likes putting people through tables and using chairs. Sheamus likes putting people threw taybles, ladders and pretty much anything he can.
TLC match! Ok, well Henry in a TLC match would be horrible but a Taybles match or some sort of Street Fite! / No DQ would work.
Then Sheamus can go on and feud with Christian afterwards. Providing Christian is acttually still alive after Orton at Summerslam.
Speaking of which. I hope they do some sort of angle where all the people who Orton has been taking his rage out on come out and screw him over at Summerslam as payback. I mean Christian has to get some sort of help in that fight to not make it total annihilation. Actually, is there anyone our injured (or new) due to come back who could come in as Christian's bodyguard/enforcer type person to save him?

Her logic is simply 'You are not buying/wearing a wrestling T-shirt!'

I don't kid myself, you're whipped the second you put on that ring whether you want to act like it or not. There is always consequences for doing whatever you want, I know full well cos I do it far more often than she likes!
Also, Smackdown is really really good this week imo. Just watched it.

This year seems to be a lot tighter with money. All the decent point scores they've made like 8-10m whereas before there were always a few decent people in the 6-8m range.
And GK prices this year are stupid. Last year Cech was 6.5m and everyone else was 6m or lower. Year before everyone was 6m or lower. 3 years ago every keeper was 5m or lower to start. Yet this year they have De Gea starting at 6.5m? VDS only started at 6m last year ffs.
Also, If I was picking for the entire season with little to no changes, no way would I have picked my team. But a few teams starting schedules are just brutal so sticking clear of their players initially.

Depends on if they mean on technicalities or not. I mean technically it is John Cena as Punk's title was vacated. But yeah, I doubt most of the people voting are looking at it like that and are just going 'Herp a derp Cena rules!'
Also, how many wins in a row does that make it for Ryder. And does anybody else atm have a longer live winning streak than him?

The missus has bought our copy of it and is giving the artbook to her brother. More importantly though it means I can't play it for ages since I'm in the UK atm and she's in the USA and she won't let me buy a second copy D:

Last night was slightly disappointing but it's like what you said, it was completely understandable. They had an extremely tough act to follow and to make any sort of logical progression they were always going to be struggling.

Crucifying my Oracle average one match at a time
Well I guess it depends on who he is facing. I just don't like the whole get wailed on virtually all match and then pull out the win from nowhere thing which is basically every match he's in. Like last night both his matches were pretty samey and the outcome was obvious very early on.
Plus I think the 619 is stupid.
EDIT: The difference with Miz is that at least he was supposed to be injured.
Also what CN said. I didn't used to feel this way with him and I don't hate him, it's just complete indifference/disinterest towards him unless his opponent interests me.

Crucifying my Oracle average one match at a time
Going back to the Orton thing. I don't really like Orton for the same reason most don't like Cena. He loses less than Cena and his movepool isn't even that much more diverse. You have a surprise RKO but then you know it can 'come from anywhere' so it's only a matter of time before he hits it if he misses it after his taunt.
Mysterio is basically as bad. Get wailed on all match and then pull out the 619/splash or something like a roll-up from nowhere.

I'd probably care for Divas matches more if they weren't so hellbent on putting the title on their least talented wrestlers and then forcing them down our throat whilst ignoring the Divas who can actually wrestle.
