Sorry if this is a joke post, but did you see Favre last year? He is no where close to being on Manning or Cutler or Schaub's level, and Orton/Grossman/Campbell/Skelton are all way above him too. Was at the Hawks game last night aw yeah.

I'm not sure how much everyone here has seen, but the Blue Jackets are pretty much fun bad. At least twice in the game yesterday, a Blue Jacket tried to shoot or pass the puck, missed spectacularly, and fell to the ice. The crowd applauded both times. It was pretty amazing.

If you give a child a piece of candy, and there's a toy or some crap inside, the child will likely believe that the toy is edible as well. Why else would it be inside a piece of candy?

What? No, I mean, the toys themselves are pretty big too so they'd have to gulp it down without chewing.

And McDonald's Happy Meal toys are awesome when you're a kid. So are throwing rocks and armpit farts. Kids are dumb. That doesn't mean that this is a quality product.

What do you think it says that donations to Obama outnumber donations to all the non-Paul Republican candidates combined?

Ignoring Smuffin's crazy comments, what I think you should consider is, in the event that Ron Paul does not win the nomination, to whom are these donors more likely to vote for in the Presidential election: Obama, the GOP primary winner, or nobody? I would guess nobody would be the most common, considering how far Paul and the other in the field are on foreign policy matters. Still, for those that would still vote, I'd assume the balance would shift to the eventual Republican nominee. Paul is much closer politically to the other Republicans than he is to Obama. I think the more interesting comparison is the total money donated to Obama and to Republicans in general.

As a Hawks fan, I will miss the Canucks/Hawks rivalry that will most likely be diminished due to the restructuring.

However, in all honesty, the big rivalry here is and has always been Hawks/Wings. Most people in the area view the Canucks as sort of a joke, a team that is always one bad turn from completely losing their minds. Bobby Lu seems to be one of the most mocked figures on sports talk radio around here. The new system should actually allow for a lot more Wings/Hawks matchups in the playoffs, which should be great.

Yeah it wasn't particularly enjoyable. I got two of the triple stackers, a large fry, and some onion rings. The triple stackers would have been better without the thousand island even though I usually like it. The fries were okay but they didn't really have much of a taste at all.
