They had a rapper who was they favorite rapper that they wanted to be like and wanted to rap like, know what I’m saying? For me, I just look at it like I studied a master piece. I modeled my album after a master piece; and not song for song; not line for line; not beat for beat. It was more-for me it was like mood for mood. The way he set the mood on that album to me was just like incredible. And at the time in my life-like, I fell in love with ‘It Was Written’ when I was seventeen, eighteen-a very impressionable time-so I was like I love that album. That’s my favorite Hip Hop album, so it’s like why not base your album on ‘It Was Written’?

I'm nitpicking here, did It Was Written - Nas not crack the top 500 somehow?? Arguably as good as Illmatic.

When I was last here!??!?!?! It may have been about 8 months ago. Anyway, I've been busy with the trials and tribulations of life, thanks for asking. It's been a long ride, people. Yeah, that really was helpful, thanks for the response. I think what I am going to do is just take it a step at a time. It's harder to do then say but we will see how the progress goes on a day-by-day. I'm excited for the long run benefits though so I'm starting to try to get motivated

Hey everyone, I noticed there isn't really anyone in "Charge" per se, there are the moderators, but there is no true leader among the people that when they say something, heck everyone steps up and listens. So since we are at that loss right now, I am volunteering to accept the role of becoming the Captain of the Board. Don't worry, this won't change much for you guys. You can keep going on about your normal posting. Since we are "phasing in" the process of having a Captain still, there won't be many effects to be put in immediately. Just watch for the Captain around for now and stay great B8!

It hasn't just been fast food. I completely stopped exercising and going out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am constantly eating chips, pop, cereal throughout the day.

Hey everyone, I used to be a happy guy who was in good shape loved to play video games all the time. But everything went wrong.

Lately ever since I've been living on my own I've been eating fast food all the time and I've gained 150 lbs in the past 2 years. Now I'm so depressed I can't even go out and when I play video games I feel like I am a waste and should be excercising. I was wondering if anyone here had any advice on what I should do?

If it helps I'm 20 now haven't had a girlfriend (yet) but that doesn't mean I'm not lookin haha, and I'm afraid of exercise because the regulars at the gym scare me and I feel like they laugh at me because I am over weight.

I hate living in the real world.

I just started a job about a month ago...the pay is good but it's so damn boring it's in a cubicle where we don't get internet and aren't allowed cell phones either. It's like prison on earth. Plus we have to pay bills, and when we actually get our paycheck that we worked 60 hours a week and overtime for we get taxed the f outta it so that we lose like 25% of our earnings!?! Forget time to play video games, if I actually have any free time maybe on a Saturday I'm trying to sleep cause I'm so damn tired from work.

The only good thing is going out on the weekends to the bars. And even that appeal doesn't last long. And this is why I get no sleep. Plus I'm addicted to coffee now.ENJOY YOUR TIME NOT BEING IN THE REAL WORLD, where all your dreams are shattered forever.

Pretty good I'd say. Got a new job, that's why I haven't been on as much! But it's been goin good it puts bread on the table as we say at the office LOL
