I have something I want to say to the people who spam me with requests to "switch back(or Bring back) to the voice actors used previously".
I believe that, before whining and complaining about everything, you need practice at taking a step back and analyzing things objectively. And also at being an adult...

...For example, Brian's laugh is the actual data from Tekken 3. As fans have requested, we've kept using the original, adapting the data recorded 16 years ago to be used on the PS2, and then PS3.
Even so, some people said it is a different voice in Tekken 6 than the original.
It can't be helped they might think that. As explained above, even though the master data is the same, all of the equipment used in adapting it has completely changed. That said, it isn't a good idea to try to reccreate the older recording environment because then the data sounds heavily compressed, with noise. More than that, it would sound out of place next to the voice data of the newer characters.
WHAT? You say some of the voices sound like they haven't changed at all?
I guess you didn't notice that the development team has re-recorded them, but made efforts for it to sound as close as possible to the original. And you probably didn't even notice.

Do you know that all of the voice work for a character is not always done by just one voice actor? Using Brian as an example, the laugh you guys love so much uses the original data from Tekken 3, but the short kiai voice uses a different voice actor, and the "come on!" voice also uses a different voice actor. A lot of other characters also use different voice actors for the spoken lines and for the shouts.

I did the voice work for Marshal and Forest for 15 years.
However, I can no longer produce that voice after Tekken 5, so we had a different voice actor for Tekken 6...

UMvC was ALL their fault. I mean look at that. MvC3 is one of their top 5 selling fighter which would have defiantly been more if they took a SF4 pacing to it. Now they wont support a thriving community because they refuse to own up to a mistake instead of fixing it.

Don't know where they went wrong with SFxT though. Something there aint right that much is certain but I can't put my finger on it.

Personally I only disagree with so far are Evil Con Carne / Dexter placement and MAYBE KND though probably not. I found Evil to be the better of the combo and I'm a member of the Cow and Chicken hater club and can't place Dexter below that by any stretch of imagination.

Also I don't get how you can remember The Justice Friends and not Dial M For Monkey. While I remember The Justice Friends being funny the only two episodes I actually remember is Val Hallen's closet and the Dorito in Crunk's teeth. While with Dial M For Monkey I can play the Rasslor (especially) and Simion episodes in my head in probably near perfect detail and remember almost every other episode. Maybe that's just because the little guy touched my heart though.

This seems like something you'd know. Why did they end up changing the voice of Robot Jones? I remember there being a more robotic voice when it first aired but then after they finished or at least got further along they went back and gave Robot Jones a more boy like voice. Only time I remember something like that happening really.

All this reminds me of a thought I had rewatching the first season. If though some extremely twisted and impossible scenario that Joffrey could have turned out alright. Like if Ned decided to honor his Roberts last wish and try to bring up Joffery to be a great king and if the Lanisters could stop being poison for one damn second and...well this is where I get to before I realized that kid was doomed from the start.

Any player who is part of a squad that beats the Reaper faction on Silver difficulty or better will unlock one Commendation Pack. This means that at least one member of the squad must be extracted at the end of the mission—this will earn all squad members the reward. Each player can earn a maximum of one pack and each pack contains a random N7 Arsenal Weapon. Originally only available as single-player weapons via the N7 Collector’s Edition, these multiplayer variants will be exceptionally rare and are NOT obtainable through regular purchasable Reinforcement Packs. My mind tends to blank out during the Anakin parts except when he's slaughtering the Raiders and the final battle in Attack of the Clones so I actually enjoy the movie a lot. Phantom Menace had the best fight in the series and a strong first 5 min but that's all it has IMO. I don't hate Jar Jar and little Anakin but I did find them and by association 75% of the movie boring. I know it's not fair to block out huge parts of one movie and not the other but Clones needed it more as the parts that weren't tainted were pretty good.

Playing that Gundam MMO got me wanting to watch again so I marathoned 8th MS Team and continued Zeta Gundam. One thing that's crushing me is these main characters who're completely oblivious to women's feelings. They only get women when the women are practically throwing themselves at them. Anyway 8th MS was awesome. Last 3 episodes (not counting 12) had me at the edge the entire time. Climax felt lacking though. Had a serious "That's it?" feeling. As for Zeta, well it's cool except for the stupid ball that gets passed to someone every episode. Really starting to make me wish people would die just so they could stop thinking it's okay. Ohh wait that did happen and Scirocco congratulated Jared for it. Speaking of Scirocco, dude is the ultimate creep. Guy thinks he's much more charming then he is. Also calm Kammile is way too passive. Sure he's less painful to watch but now he just feels like he's getting walked on. Nice to know Four had a good effect on him though. I liked her. Up to episode 27. Taking a nap because as usual Zeta Gundam makes me tired.

Ehh, I tried.

Awesome Nom. Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash. Basically GameFAQs Flash but not a joke. Sure he doesn't have the move at infinite speeds thing as Zoom can only travel at the speed of light but that isn't Zoom's MO. Zoom's go to move is to go back in time and screw with your past some way some how. With the Flash he did everything from making him miss catches as a kid to punching his child face in to killing his mom. He's also erased several people from existence just because they once dated a woman he liked. Professor Zoom is effectively immortal as he's able to manipulate his age to whatever he wants. Outside of that he has the Flash power set like vibration and such. Zoom is incredibly petty and overconfident.

I've been looking at my noms again and I'm not sure about some of them. Namely Jigsaw, Achilles and Sodam Yat. Jigsaw I think just can't work period. That was a impulse nom now that I think about it. Achilles bores me and I only picked him to help get mythological figure in. My only problem with Sodam Yat is we have so many Superman like noms running around. Honestly I support Sodam above all of them because of his power level. He fought toe to toe with Superman Prime at his finest and only lost because Prime exploited his weakness of Iron (I think it was). Granted that was one of his only fighting showings IIRC. He's pretty much just Superman with a Green Lantern Ring/Ion Power though so you just combine both their powersets and BAM, Yats. I'm really debating this one.



I defiantly support Yasuri Nanami, Ultimate Ben 10,000, Daken/Dark Wolverine, The Most Interesting Man In The World, and (Awesome Nom) Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash though.

Yasuri Nanami of Katanagatari fame has the power to copy any martial arts technique (including ninpo) she sees once and master it (using it better then the originators) upon seeing it a second time. Because of this ability though she had a "sickly" body. Think of it like overclocking your computer. Running beyond it's intended limit. That's what was going on with her body. So normally she could only fight for a short period of time but when she did it was at a superhuman level. That became a non issue once she obtained the sword Akito Bito though. It's a magical sword that regenerated her and allowed her to be awesome all the time with no limit. This made her arguably the strongest character in the series. She only lost because of a trap where the was blinded and killed in the dark. Personality wise she's a merciless killer with no regard for human life and who's primary goal is to master as many techniques as possible and become the worlds strongest...or so I remember. I'll rewatch her episodes before the contest,

Ultimate Ben 10,000 is Ben from the future. He has every single alien that Ben has used in all the series at his disposal but instead of actually transforming into them he uses their power while still maintaining his human form. he can also switch them on the fly just by taping his chest and shouting the aliens name. The only thing that changes is his size to match that of the alien he's channeling. His powers range from supersonic speed in the form of Jetray, multiplication in the form of Echo Echo, time manipulation in the form of Clockwork and much more. Physically his strongest form is Way Big which is essentially an Ultraman ripoff. Right down to crossing his arms to shoot beams. He also has some of his cousin Gwen's magical abilities but has only shown proficiency in the most basic techniques. Personality wise he's cocky but always tries to win a fight as fast as possible with no casualties and little property damage.

Daken is the son of Wolverine and a wife he had at one time. He's around 60 years old but only looks like he's in his mid twenties due to his healing factor. Along with his healing factor he has three "bone" claws and pheromone manipulation. I throw bone in quotation marks because his claws have been shown to be strong enough to pierce one of Iron Man's armors. His claws are different from Wolverines in that there is two on top and one along the forearm. The forearm one has been bonded with the Muramasa sword which negates healing factors. Basically turning the immortal mortal. He uses his pheromone manipulation to make people incredibly attracted to him, even during battle. Leading them to making mistakes or even not wanting to fight him at all. Personality wise he's an opportunistic, manipulative d***.

For city jobs and anything more then entry level, sure. At entry level unskilled labor you'll be getting between 8-10 dollars an hour in my experience. It's enough to comfortably live in a hole in the wall in some of the more "undesirable" neighborhoods but if you actually want to feel "safe" where you liver then you might be in trouble and could use a roommate.

What people are saying about Manhattan and a car is true. In Manhattan anywhere you can get by car you can get to faster by train. Outside of Manhattan though cars are much more reliable. A hour and a half trip by mass transit can be cut down to half an hour easy if you're in Brooklyn or Queens for example.

Weather isn't terribly complicated. Dress light in the summer and wear thermal in the winter and a sweater anywhere in between. Only thing new you might learn about weather in NY is that snow sucks.

Honestly I think you should just live close but not quite in Manhattan like in Brooklyn or the Bronx if you're just starting out. Price difference is night and day but you might still need a roommate. You'll just have more space for. Then again I've always lived in Brooklyn (except for half a year) so I might be a bit biased.

A commercial ship picks up an alien ship's SOS as they are going home and goes to check it out. Alien attacks a guy by attaching to his face. It just falls off and he seems to be okay though. Ship wasn't sending a SOS but a warning instead. They go about on their way until ohh **** Alien busts out the dude's chest at dinner. It gets away and they decide to kill it. Company robot can't have that though seeing as it's a new alien species and starts killing the crew. ****ing corporations. Company robot gets fubared by alien whom has fully grown during the robot's murderous rampage. Alien kills some more people. Last survivor gets rid of it (twice) and suspends herself in cryo sleep till someone finds the ship floating in space. Then Aliens start.

Calling Monster Hunter Portable The 4th Edition x (as in the multiplication sign) for Vita within the next two years. It will take out everything people complain about in 4 and replace them with 3 color variations for each monster and 2 new monsters. Ohh and it will never be localized anywhere ever.

This game looks like, too fluid to be an Arc Game. Like, compared to how BlazBlue looks in motion, I mean.

I think KoF 13 raised the bar for 2D animated fighters. Anything that doesn't look nearly as fluid will probably be criticized for it from now on. Can't wait too see this applied to the new Guilty Gear!

Bad choice of words. Uncooperative is the better word. The jumps cause you to float to much which is great for the combat but not for the platforming later. That combined with instant full speed from standing to running and tiny platforms make the platforming bothersome. Again so I hear.
