if any of those Squall saves at the end had come from such people and they'd quoted my offer and said "I'll take it", I would've done it

but that obviously wasn't the case, so, as Squall would say, "whatever"

Laguna going early probably helped Squall a lot.</p>
I suppose Squall winning this would be a nice way to make up for those 4 contests in a row that I got Laguna to the top 6 and he still couldn't win T_T

The only thing illogical at this point would be for Squall/Rikku savers to trade with each other (unless their favorite is in the lead and they can somehow dupe the opposition into going through with it anyway). It's obvious whoever gets the most trades/saves out of Zack mainers will likely get to accompany him to the final.
