Just becuse there was a couple trolls before me, you people are so paranoid you're only accepting people that have a history with B8. I don't do ANY trolling (except for that one save my water contest which was an honest mistake), and you kick me out anyway. I even show previous posts from a time I wasn't even on B8. Don't expect to see me back.

We have this much in common. I joined during last contest season, as there was a link to the board. Without the contest, I would never have known this board existed. Like I said, I would completely buy he was a newbie if he started saving here on November 2nd- when the next contest starts and when (I presume) there will be a link here. But November 2nd was not 18 days ago, nor is it today.

I'm not saying you have to believe him, but there might be a chance (especially since there IS a contest about to start) that he may just be new.

Oh for sure! There's a chance he might be new and I'm being an ass to him for no reason, but that's a helluva lot of coincidences that would have to have occured for this to be true and, like I said earlier, it's far easier to believe he's just an alt. The difference between bbbtime and this guy is that bbbtime was up to other things on the board, ergo someone could vouch that he was not out to altvote solely in pokémon contests like those others.

Sure I may not be doing anything else on this board, but I've done things on other boards.

This, and this board isn't exactly easy to find. I would buy if a New User (1) found this board during contest season, as there would be a link to it on the front page or right under the poll.

But you expect me to believe that, after three days on GameFAQs (because Squirrelgate first tried to vote in this contest when he had 3 karma), a complete newbie managed to click on the Board List, scroll down to the bottom and find Social Boards, look through that entire list of ~20 and say "Contest Board... that sounds cool! I'm gonna go there and see if there's any pokémon contests - only pokémon contests in fact, since that's the only thing I'm interested in even though there are at least 20 different contests going on at this board during any given timeframe - and vote in just those and nothing else"... That's too many coincidences. It's far easier to believe you're just an alt.

Maybe I was just too stupid to find this board after my third day on GFAQs (not shooting that possibility down), but I generally don't go searching for things I don't know exist. Did a friend tell you about/link you to Board 8?

I've actually lurked here for quite a while, but hesitated to join because other websites consider GameFaqs to be one of the most trolly places on the internet.

I've had no past history because I'm new. Plus, it's not like this is the only place I've ever posted. I've been posting at the SSB Wii U board since I joined.
