work boat, get them to a fish, pearl or whale ocean tile thats within your borders.

if you dont have any of those that boat is of no use.

you generally want your cities a few tiles apart. not too close.

egypt is generally isolationist though. they rarely pay any mind to other civs. England can be a bit aggressive though.

as long as they dont declare war its fine. keep an eye out for their troops nearing your cities though XD.

never accept these quests by city states. not doing them doesnt get you any penalties.

they usually ask you to kill barbs, build a road to their city or build this wonder. you can do those, just not the one with war XD

you're playing korea so you should maximize their unique ability. building a science-related wonder gets you a science bonus.

what wonders have you built?

you cant give it to a city state, only a civilization.

its not the mine per se, the mine has to be on top of a gold resource. its clearly distinguishable.

mines on its own you can keep, if you have two mines each one on a gold tile. that one is tradeable.

yeah if you have 2 or more of a resource, it's ideal to trade or sell it to another civ.

example, you have 2 gold resources, keep 1 and trade it for a resource you lack or sell it for gold.

you need to build a city near the coast, whales / fishes / pearls are resources that are present there.

from a single hut they spawn lots of warriors, who then wander off aimlessly. someone else might have claimed the hut though.

are you automating your workers? what have they been doing?

As a person living outside the US, I hear more about the Mountaineers more than any school from Montana, Idaho, Wyomng or any of the Dakotas.
