They did come out with a modem for the GC, but the only game they had for it was Phantasy Star Online.. Plus they said they didn't see a market for it. The GC was a great system, but not embracing online was a huge mistake for them.

We've been "getting another Spawn movie" since the first one released nearly 30 years ago. Along with getting another animated series since the HBO one ended. McFarlane's been hyping both projects for decades now without any actual progress being made. So I'd be damn surprised if he actually got anything greenlit at this point It has been green lit.
