Is this so you can read the description and comments without scrolling the video out of view? Problem is nobody cares about a description and the comments section is worthless garbage now. Half the time you don't even know if your totally innocuous comment will be silently deleted for no reason. Any comment chain that exists will have half the comments invisible.

I had fun with Starfield but not enough to actually finish my first playthrough of it. The game looks pretty fucking good though. Got some uncanny valley shit going on.

I started playing Morrowind again yesterday and honestly it's still my favorite of the Bethesda RPGs.

Morrowind has the best fast travel. Instead of just clicking a map icon and teleporting there, you plan your route using the various methods of travel (boat, silt strider, mages, propylon chamber, mark + recall, almsivi/divine intervention, etc).

Then I recommend you don't play it if that bothers you overly much. People keep repeating this as if it's automatically a bad thing, but I enjoy adventure games of all kinds including walking sims.

I adore the first game and can't wait to play/experience this one. I kinda wish there was no combat at all, as the bare bones combat in the first one got pretty repetitive.

I believe in tact & decorum yes, even though I may lack it most of the time. When I'm unnecessarily rude all the time I just end up feeling bad about it. Negative takes a toll.

I don't believe in any gods myself (though I'm not all angry and condescending to those who do). But I do know that trying to science away faith with apparent gotchas like 'who created god then, eh? Checkmate!' never works. Science and God don't really belong in the same conversation. One relies on hypotheses and testing, the other on belief alone.

I didn't assume you were a believer, and I 100% agree with what you're saying.

I was under the impression that matter/energy can't be created or destroyed and therefore something has always existed. Unless you're talking about "nothing" as defined by Lawrence Krauss in the book A Universe from Nothing, which I believe is an idiosyncratic definition. It's not absolute nothing like in the philosophical sense.

Seems like an undeserved dunk on Hellblade for some reason.

The co-creator/writer is Taylor Sheridan, who also did the Sicario movies, Hell or High Water, and Wind River. He does a lot of modern westerns. It's cool if that's not your thing, but it's pretty fucking stupid and ignorant to act like you have to be a boomer or conservative to enjoy this.

They should be ok though, as long as they don't get rid of Beth and/or Rip.

They did cancel it. There was supposed to be a sequel though, starring Matthew McConaughey.

I really liked this show but I'm pretty sure they canceled it after season 5 so there will never be an ending.

watched severance and was having a pretty great time, until part way through the penultimate episode, when i realised how much runtime was left and it dawned on me they wouldn't be resolving anything.

and then of course, you watch it all the way through and it's somehow even less satisfying than you thought, ending in an actual cliffhanger, and you go online to read about the second season and read the production was delayed by five billion years because the two creators can't work with each other, and they had to bring in some corporate plot doctor for "course correction."

and the worst part is that I'll once again learn nothing from this and a year from now will probably let myself be seduced by the hype of some other new trash ameriKKKan tv.

Great fucking show. Season 2 was already filmed and is expected this year. Don't know why you're being such a negative Nancy. Nobody likes a cliffhanger ending, but at least the show wasn't cancelled.

As an igtheist the question is incoherent to me. I know the word "God" means a lot of things to a lot of people, but doesn't amount to anything concrete. It's an abstract concept, but lacking internal coherence. The Abrahamic God is self-refuting concept on account of all the contradictory attributes so I'm as certain as I can be of anything that this particular God doesn't exist. To the idea of a generic creator deity I guess I'm agnostic.

This might be a total misremembering of events, but wasn't the end of Preacher rushed because Seth Rogen wanted to focus on producing The Boys? All I know for sure is that show went downhill fast.

Gabapentin is a fairly weak one, but still addictive. Lyrica/pregabalin is pretty strong, and I've heard Lyrica addiction in the UK is very similar to our opioid epidemic in America.

Not really. I mean I've taken them before but never had a problem quitting them cold turkey. If you find yourself needing to take a higher dosage to get any effect, then you should worry about addiction because that is your tolerance building.
