I disagree. There are definitely ways to make a character feel powerful without making the game trivial. The Hulk should theoretically be the same way, but Ultimate Destruction ruled.

Plus WW is pretty famous for blocking rather than facetanking bullets, I'd say you could make her a little more vincible and it'd still be in character.
