How'd that work for everyone else who hasn't sucked up to Trump?

I teach at a high school so I can eat school lunch if I choose. It's $5.25 for a regular lunch, which is more than what the students pay. There is a salad bar included so that's nice too.

Democrats are doing everything they can to #resist this rude president and his unorthodox regime.

I can almost hear Chuck Schumer's bones creak as he reaches for his quill and ink for yet another strongly worded letter! Such leadership is what we need right now!

Opinions Part 2:

The battle system is pretty fresh. I found myself using moves I never gave a second thought to in the main series games like the elemental punches, brick break, and trapping moves. Having multiple moves of the same type was also encouraged this time around because of cooldown, range, and time-to-cast. Boosting moves only affecting duration and not stacking was an interesting choice but overall the game (at least the story battles) definitely prefer hyper-offensive.

The openness (and sometimes emptiness) of Hisui is contrasted with the denser and smaller Lumiose City. I don't necessarily mind a small homogenous map. However Lumiose still feels a bit empty in the end. Mechanically the cafe's are just longer-cutscene pokemon centers, restaurants are money sinks for poor XP output, and the rooftops blend in without many interesting landmarks.

The wild zones not level-scaling to some degree discourages pivoting to other Pokemon in the mid-to-late game despite the ZA royale encouraging variety and versatility. XP candy is not prevalent enough to make up for the power differences with early game species.

The player customization is good, but also personally lacking. I wish there was a bigger variety of masculine-presenting clothing options and hairstyles, and maybe even some body-type options for both genders.

I'm close to completing the Lumiose Pokedex. Just need the main man himself. I think I've gathered enough of my thoughts to share here.

In my opinion, Legends Arceus had a more compelling story and climactic ending. Though ZA's characters are much more developed and overall interesting.

I realize that where Legends Arceus was focused on catching and movement, ZA was much more focused on battling. I get that doing the in-depth research tasks by species in ZA would not be feasible or fun, so I understand the relative streamlined experience in ZA. There's some nuance to catching, as fainting a pokemon doesn't guarantee a capture so for those rarer/alpha species you want to status and lower HP like any other game. The movement is inoffensive and mostly functional with some jank that led to several setbacks in obstacle courses and rooftop exploration. Moves used outside of battle should have their cooldown significantly reduced.

I think we can all agree that the Rotom Phone needs to be phased out >_>

Just stock up on mega shards as you play.

I have no clue what this is or what it does. But I saw the icon on the map and the rainbow in the sky, which faded over time and disappeared completely in only a few minutes.

If the Democrats somehow manage to take back power in both the next midterm/presidential elections, then they could prevent this through a combination of preventative measures designed to remove and/or arrest GOP traitors as well as pack the courts, and implement policy that offers immediate and lasting relief to the working class.

And if they somehow win the midterms, then they cannot let up at all. They need to ramp up the campaigning and obstruction until 2028 and maybe somehow win.

Starting with dismantling every single Trump program and replacing every Trump appointment, prosecuting every last one of the fascist enablers, yanking the collar on every out-of-control corporation, bank, and CEO/board, and removing all credentials and protections from any radical right newsrag like FOX, Newsmax, and OAN.

Democrats being spineless neoliberal corporate sellouts helped get us to fascism in the first place. Telling them to change tactics isn't "pushing against" anything except ineffectual leadership in times of crisis.
