Saw this earlier and yeah this fucking sucks. I watched a bunch of her videos a while back and the thought that someone who was living such a fulfilled and impactful life could come to the point that they feel like ending it is the only option is such an awful thing to consider.

I did go into the 80s but won the 50/50. Weapon pulls were a bit of a roller coaster as I got a 5* at 40 pulls, it turned out to be Shenhe's weapon, then Skirk's showed up the very next 10 pull

Overall pretty good, I always seem to get great results from the weapon banner

Surtalogi alone feels like he could be the game's final boss. Dude really became more powerful than the highest authorities and just peaced out out of boredom.

I don't know which I want to do first between Skirk's story quest or the archon quest

If you had seen me a few years ago you wouldn't say that. I was totally undatable, a woman I was acquainted with literally said to my face, no joke, "why would anyone want to be with you?" I put in the effort and now it's paying dividends.

Get in shape, get a nice haircut/shave, lean into your hobbies/passions, chase your ambitions and be authentic. One of my prompts is literally about how obsessed I am with Genshin Impact lore. Again, I acknowledge that location and just dumb luck are large factors but a lot of dudes aren't maximizing their potential

Yeah. I replayed it somewhat recently and the first 60% of the game is literally a series of hallways with little effort to disguise that. I think my biggest issue on my first playthrough, though, was how the game just immediately bombards you with a bunch of lore speak with little context. All of the jargon left me clueless as to what was happening for half the game and I didn't realize until much later that they apparently expected people to read the data logs. The trilogy's lore is actually pretty interesting but they could've done a better job of introducing it.

I don't really watch basketball anymore, but it feels a bit surreal to see teams like the TWolves and Knicks in serious contention.

I'm almost done pre-farming for Skirk already, just have to do the world boss a bunch more. RNGesus has been kind to me on her artifact set while I still struggle to get good codex pieces

I rather enjoyed some of the stuff immediately after, Loki and What If especially. I think I was pretty burnt out by the time She Hulk rolled around though, and I gave up on the whole thing for a while mid way through it, I've only seen a few of the movies since.

In the process of getting mats for Skirk's weapon I noticed that I never got the ascension mats for the sword of narzissenkreuz. Feels like I've been coming upon these sorts of months long oversights a bunch lately.

No one besides you said anything about the character doing or wanting to do this, what is your train of logic here?

Anyway, I don't think banning gacha would be any more sensible than banning alcohol or whatever. It's just another form of escapism, you're not addressing the actual issues that are driving people to these sorts of unhealthy behaviors. I also find it a bit odd that American sports games so rarely come up in these discussions given that they're essentially full priced gacha games that reset your "characters" every year.

I'm the type of person who sticks to one game for hours and hours, even beyond the point that it's "replayable." So the repetitiveness doesn't really even register with me. I do tend to get a bit bored with Genshin towards the end of each year of the game but the new region always brings me back. Also helps that my main draw to the game is the story and lore, I don't care that much about the gacha stuff at this point
