Not good if I'm being honest. I hate my body, it's terrible.

Just to say something good about DarkRoast, she helped me a lot in my decision to come out. She helped me gather my thoughts and realize I was trans all along. Her being 5 years older then me and still looking amazing after transition also helped me because it means I might look just as good after my transition as well.

I'm not a doctor but would a complete lack of male hormones make female hormones introduced into the body work faster?

I actually lost both of them. A week after I came out I went to my Urologist for a standing appointment and I asked him about it because of my wanting to transition and he examined "down there" and told me the other Testicle had atrophied quite a lot over the years and it is no longer viable for Sperm and Testosterone production.

Do you know if your area has any services for trans individuals?

Some states have transgender resource centers that help out with quite a bit, including aid to find affirming care, support and social groups, referrals to mental healthcare providers, so on.

PFLAG is a national organization with local chapters that exists to help friends/family of LGBTQIA+ individuals with education. Little bit like how Alcoholics Anonymous is for the alcoholic while Al-Anon is for the loved ones of an alcoholic. Don't like the comparison but it's all I've got.

Then there are smaller scale nonprofits that work with specific geographical areas, but the run there is exactly that: an organization in Utah ain't gonna be much help if you're in Louisiana.

If you're comfortable PMing me your basic location (I don't need specifics, something like "Northeast Illinois" is fine) I can look around and see if I can find anything. I'm a social worker with an LGBTQIA+ nonprofit, this is literally what I do.

My parents are my legal guardians and can do pretty much anything they want in the name of keeping me safe as long as it Isn't abusive. This includes telling me what sites I'm allowed to visit and CE is on their blacklist.

Unfortunately I'm still in a bit of a rocky situation with my mom about my internet use. I'm still not allowed to be on here and I posted this because Mom and Dad left me alone for a day while they went to see my sister. Well I talked about my interests to DarkRoast on Discord and how I've always been jealous of girls and love reading/watching gender bender media and she helped me walk through realizing I was trans.

I also unlocked a memory from when I was 13 first discovering I wanted to be a gir. Making wishes on shooting stars that I wanted to be a girl and being deeply upset nothing would happen, but those memories had been lost until very recently.

I felt it as early as 13 but teen Erica was an idiot and when I matured I mostly denied I was feeling that way. Then I repressed it until very recently.

I haven't talked to Sayoria in over a year l came here because I was proud of having come out with relatively little fallout, and wanted people to know. Sayoria is one of those people because she's the first trans person on here I followed.

Yesterday I went to the Library and printed out 6-7 articles about the pros and cons to transitioning, what I should expect and when/for how long, as well as some anticdotes of people commenting on their experience transitioning off Quora.

it was about 40-50 or so pages and cost me over 10 dollars in fees.

He wants me to go out and buy women's clothing and wear them in public to make sure I'm actually going to enjoy it before Hormones or Surgery are involved.

Against my better judgement I want to tell you guys Im trying to become a woman.
