The media reports everything the president does if it's eye catching enough to make people read it, and everything he does is eye catching. But they want everyone reading it to want to read their newspaper/website again as their no 1 priority, so they have to show both what he said and the critique of it as equally valid and not complain about it in their text.

On some level the news media being unbiased is good, but even Walter Cronkite would make personal statements when it called for it. Otherwise the news gets where it is now. Every article is metaphorically judging between using the toaster to toast bread versus sticking a fork in it and electrocuting the shit out of yourself like both of those are equally valid things to do for breakfast.

And not everything is that obvious which to choose.

More exclusives can be argued when comparing it in relation to another console, bit every game that's good on a console objectively makes it a better console

This is semi unrelated mind, but a lot of good exclusives can still be a selling point. It sure as heck works for Nintedo with Zelda, Kirby, Mario, Metroid etc

I'd like leveling to not punish you, drawing to be faster to stock spells and weapons easier to get the drops to upgrade for starters.

How do you speedrun it so fast? Dang. I didn't even know it was possible to 101% it under two hours , heck 5 or 6 even.

At this point 8, because a remake can fix flaws in a flawed game. 6 is already brilliant, but i think I can like 8 as much as I want to with some improvements.

Its yes to all except the Atari 2600 one so I'll vote yes though. I had the superior colecovision port, but the Game Boy version is genuinely brilliant and a must play.

It's Rare of those, but I also want to highlight Activision. Their name meant quality in the Atari 2600 era. Better games, better graphics etc. River Raid, Pitfall, Keystone Capers, Kaboom! to name but a few.

I dunno man i think I'd actually prefer he had ethical concerns to him just doing it because the world is a game board for rich people to battle on.

It seems fine to buy pokemon cards even as an adult; now trying to buy them all would be a jerk move.

He also seems to be unaware that technically illegal doesn't mean "it isn't illegal" but "according to the actual laws it is in fact illegal".

I have never done anything of the sort. This "shit posting" is something the kids have invented. Back in my day, we posted all sorts of things and were wise asses when we wanted to, we didn't have to limit it with labels like "I'm shit posting now" or "I'm being serious now".

We lived posting weird crap, it wasn't a switch to turn on and off. Calling it "shit" is an insult to the quality of our ridiculous discourse. It was a way of life.

I'll prob end up doing something like that tbh, like how in stardew valley you can unlock the two arcade games by getting certain scores.

I do really want to add more games, at one point I was thinking of a full arcade area w/ 15-20 games... but it's too much to do at the moment. maybe once the game's finished/released more arcade machines can be added through updates/patches

but also, tbh, it's the first game I'm actually gonna release and I wanna only charge like $5-7 for it, and I don't wanna overwork myself in case the game doesn't sell very well

You could always add "more fun stuff to do" docs in general includingpre games and other stuff if it does well, yeah, let us know when it comes out, I will be sure to give it a look.

Glass Onion was great imo

I wouldn't mind if it went even further and you could get more cartridges for the console; maybe you could complete some sidequests or something and collect home versions of a lot of the arcade games later.

Loved the original animal crossing with the collectible nes carts.

It's earlier than that here. It's just 12:30 in pacific time for one thing.

I really like old pulp adventure novels but they are pretty niche.

I played them both on dreamcast back in the day myself. I got mine after SA 1, but i was waiting with excitement for SA 2.
