That dude's been explicitly given evidence 3 times now that Asian-Americans are the biggest demographics in voting Democratic after black Americans (which also technically got a bit more conservative since 2020) and he acknowledged it but now he's going back to as if he's never been informed about it.
The only benefit of the doubt I can see is that he might be referring to 79 year olds? Because yeah, elderly people tend to be more traditional and conservative. One can take a look at a member of one of the most marginalized demographic at that age in the Supreme Court, Justice Clarence Thomas, being responsible for much of the current state of the US.

Anyway, TC got caught linking a far right rag for one his articles before so he definitely has an agenda.

Very unlikely. Switch 2 is already gearing up to have more 3rd party support than Switch 1. A bunch of their franchises are in prime time for their next mainline game to be released near launch. Its reveal trailer has gotten views faster than Switch 1 and PS5s combined.

Only way I see this happening is if Trump decides to go full isolationist or starts a war or some other insane drastic thing.

I own stock in both Sony and Nintendo. With that said, in Sony's defense, their consoles drop in price or have decent bundled offers which can hardly be said of Nintendo.

Honestly not sure what youre talking about. The PS5 hasnt had a price drop and in fact had their prices increased in other regions outside the US. If youre referring to previous consoles then a bunch of Nintendos systems also had price cuts. Nintendo systems also come with bundles all the time. Hell pretty much every Wii came with a game.

Same with PS and MS gamers (mostly the former) when their expensive console is more powerful than Nintendo's portable nearly half their price.

Female Alear probably more popular, but something rather interesting is that people seem far more accepting of Male Alear due to how he isn't always portrayed as this stoic badass. Haven't played Engage so I'm not too sure on that one.

FE Heroes as a gacha game is obviously more favored towards female characters but I remember a general survey having the male byleth being more popular. And of course usage statistics have male Byleth being the most played. Smash is unsurprisingly male Byleth too.

The Fire Emblem fanbase has a very notable habit of just despising female lords for the most trivial shit. Only Lyn got spared, Eirika, Micaiah, Lucina, Celica, and Edelgard all got their spot on the hate train.

Yep, Fire Emblem is a notable one too. I've seen so many people claim people only like Edelgard for her looks and she'd be hated, even as a villain, if she was male completely forgetting how well received Ashnard, Walhart, and Alvis are. Hell, even Alvis still gets his share of people genuinely believing he did nothing wrong. And of course some of those Edelgard dismissers think Alvis is a peak character.

The thing that makes me roll my eyes the most is when someone insistent that the reason a female character is more popular than their preferred male character is because people want to have sex with her. Yes, this is accurate in some franchises but I've seen it happen in literally every single franchise, up to completely nonsexual ones like Kirby. They're clearly just outing themselves.

Speaking of Pokemon, Cynthia is a shining example too. Forget her music, her team composition, her relevance, nah it's solely because they want to fuck her.
