Like, here in Ontario, a lot of the main reasons people are most mad at Trudeau are mad at him for things that are provincial matters, and aren't happening because the conservative provincial government is blocking it.

Minors arent allowed on dating sites in the first place. The logical conclusion should be that OP is referring to any kind of profile on casual forum sites and how afraid people are of thinking any interaction with children will get them seen as sexually attracted to them and stuff like your immediate assumptions are part of the problem.

Thats twice now in this topic where your immediate interpretation of something is of a sexual/romantic manner and I think thats part of the problem. One of the first things I thought of for this topic was people trying to associate Bidens sniffing and comments about being fond of children as sexual to try to make him seem pedo-like and one of the other issues Ive seen from the terminally online types are those that think any compliments on a kids appearance is sus.

I'll be blunt I put very little stock in mainstream media. There are sources but the stark lack of coverage on this topic has felt almost deliberate in nature the last two years (and I dislike having to visit more "doom'y" corners of the internet to find things, real drag on my mental health).

I noticed something was wildly wrong from the scraps of stories back in '21 (back when a few stories about record low ice shelf mass was being reported in the Antarctic. I also noticed that within a week of those news stories it vanished entirely from MSM coverage despite getting much worse as the year progressed).

Regardless there's two MSM sources on the things I've claimed. Both are sourced from scientific findings and research if you want to dig even further.

Okay here's one example.

Nigeria has the 6th highest population in the world, the largest in Africa. When Biden speaks with the President of Nigeria how many segments does it take up on CNN and FOX? How many Americans even know his name?

Meanwhile anytime any President mentions the leader of the 56th most populated country in the world it's headline news, every one has tons to say around the world, everyone pisses their pants. Every person on the planet knows the name of the leader of the 56th largest population aka North Korea.

Why is that?

Could it be because North Korea is 1 of 9 countries that has Nuclear Weapons.

Because NK has Nukes they get to be taken seriously on the world stage. They don't even have that many nukes compared to the other nine, but just having a few means everyone has to treat them a certain way.

And I don't want to bury the lead here, the problem with Nuclear Weapons ISN'T that North Korea has them (though that is objectively bad) it's that WHO EVER HAS THEM is automatically the biggest swinging dick on the planet, and we have to bow down to them, not because they are morally right, but because they can destroy the world.

America, China and Russia are more guilty than North Korea. The rest of the world has to suck up to these three countries because of how many Nukes they have.

That's the negative impact nuclear weapons have had and continue to have on this world.

The entirety of the Cold War, was two nuclear powers bulling the rest of the world to do their bidding, thus if you want a body count, conservative 7 million but closer to at least 20 million. And again just deaths.... there were a lot of other horrors happening and still happening just because a few people have nukes.
