This is off topic but I remember back in OG FFVII where I was in Cosmo Canyon and having that whole explanation about the meteor and then suddenly they put me in a big open space where I had to talk to the old man and I couldn't talk to him for some reason.

I kept trying to chat with him but it wouldn't let me, like I had trouble clicking on him with Cloud. One day I tried again but had given up for years and it worked but I had to stand in a specific spot......like very specific.

I doubt her fans would care. They dont care that her private jet is out there polluting (with all the other private jets).

It would still hurt her image, even if not with her. I doubt her or her people want her to stop being the 'darling' but yes, its annoying that people ignore that she's a billionaire...and uses private jets at her leisure.

I don't pay attention but if he's getting mad, there's a possibility that he wanted to win so he could propose and its not going to plan. That's just an imagining but how romantic would that be to win the super bowl and then do that? Also, I think there was some talking at a last game where he said it was his turn to bring in the 'victory' or something, especially since she won that award.

I'm just going by possibilities but I feel like they wouldn't break up after this, for two reasons:

1. I think Taylor Swift is in love with him and they both are happy so this isn't something to destroy it. I just think guys go in with preconceptions of her and then get bored when they realize its not what they wanted. She doesn't seem to be a lot like other girls.(I'm not even a fan of hers but I think she's not the sexual sort.)
2. It would totally destroy her image if she broke up with him for this even if that's not the real reason. The moment she breaks up with him quickly after the super bowl(let it be even half a year), its going to make her look terrible so she wouldn't be the one to initiate a breakup.

well this is slightly similar
so i guess wall of text nobody asked for, but I'm friends with this group of secretaries, i'm like one of the girls to them and probably refreshing because i don't hit on them all the time unlike the sheriffs officers, so during the judicial recess I'm covering emergent duty with one of their judges and we're working together, it goes well naturally but the person i'm dating(N for short, who is her assigned staff member on the team of my secretary friend) messed something up and the judge was upset so they asked me to show her how to do it. I show her, pay 0 attention to her, but a week later message her because I didn't know if she was in my union(i'm also a union rep) and we just ended up talkin, days go by and talking turns into slight flirting, then more flirting.. then she mentions a "husband" and i basically immediately pump my brakes. She clarifies later that they're actually divorced but that he's been in and out of the hospital but I guess she's been taking care of him/his family or something while he's hospitalized out of some feeling of obligation that is clearly taking a large mental toll on her.

I kinda kept it a secret also partly because ik she's told people at work she has a "husband" and it would probably be very...confusing to explain that she's dating someone. She says she refers to him as her husband because it's easier than explaining the situation, but this arrangement is supposed to come to a complete end in May and she said she'll get serious with me then because she'll be able to devote her full energy to me. And yes I do know for a fact they aren't still boning >_> she told me, unprompted, that she hasn't had sex in a long time lol

also slightly awkward because initially my secretary friend was talking trash about N saying how frustrated she was with her, so I feel like it'd slightly damage our friendship if i'm just like "Oh hey i'm actually seeing her now"

Yeah, she was planning to leave her husband and it was a long process but she said their relationship had been over for awhile and they weren't doing anything anymore. Sadly we broke up before she divorced him because she was overbearing and jealous.

We argued a lot because she had a tendency to misunderstand things and even after I talk them out with her, it felt like she waited until late at night to bring it up again and the argument would continue and I have anxiety so I couldn't sleep at night. When I broke up with her, I told her all we did was argue and she said we didn't and that we didn't argue at all which made me realize she saw our relationship in a whole different way.

I'm glad I got out because I saw later that she is now dating this biker and tattooed his name on herself even though it seems to have been about a year since they've been dating.

Yes. I'm not even going to sugarcoat it or lie about it. I'm not even going to defend myself but yes. Oddly enough, she was hell bent on wanting people to know because I think she had this thought that other girls were interested in me and wanted to stop them from 'flirting' or so she called it.

I wouldn't say mine is a similar situation but I dated someone in a social circle and we did it secretly. This is misusing financial terminology though, you're looking at revenue, money that came in from the Xbox Game Pass, while not being able to illustrate that that's not profit after expenses. It's not stated as profitable, only how much it's taken in from subscriptions & sales. Taxes, expenses & everything else isn't listed, so you'd just be inferring that it's profitable for them after all that just because the revenue looks decent.

The first most likely major reason is because no matter how much forum and social media posters deny it the average gamer actually enjoy those playstation exclusives like God of war, last of us, spider-man, horizon zero dawn etc. Yeah, some of these games get ported to the PC months/years later, but again net's posters forget that console gaming and PC gamers operate in their own separate ecosystems for the most part.....what goes on with PC ports is of no concern to the average console gamer. Basically people care about exclusives regardless of what people might think. Halo Infinity isn't great and Starfield has mixed reviews and both come out on PC anyway.

doesn't the xbox series do this too? Xbox even lets you play games as old as the original xbox. I would say this is a good reason why Playstation gamers stick to playstation but its definitely the exclusives(as you've mentioned) which might be pulling in new buyers.

Misdreavus and Larvitar have it the worst though. You don't even get these Johto Pokmon until 5-10 minutes from beating Red. Crystal added Larvitar to the Celadon Game Corner...but both really should have been obtainable before the Elite Four.

and you had to get it into its 50s to fully evolve it. So they put a monster with such a high evolution right at the end....

also, I don't know anything about meta but Scizor is my favorite pokemon of all time. It just looks so badass...and I had no one to trade with..

I think it really depends on the devil fruit. I think Devil fruits that you have to 'activate' won't activate when they're fully submerged. Ones like Luffy are an exception because his fruit is passive.

the SBS stuff is the best part of the volumes! Always hilarious and even informative.

People always give One Piece a strange look from the outside and fall in love with it once they get into it. Oda really knows how to create an excellent adventure with characters you can really root for.

Characters also never get old and I like Luffy more and more as I go on.

If you want to get technical, most One Piece games can be sold as 'original' but what they do is they make an original game that uses a lot of content from the original story. One Piece Grand Adventure on the Wii is an awesome game where you end up on an island but you end up going into sections of your past where you fight a familiar enemy.

there was a PS3 game(I don't remember the actual name anymore but Red something) where you end up going on an island and you and you end up looking for your crewmates and have to go to the rest of the island where you reface your old enemies....

One Piece Odyssey, a game where you get stuck on an island and you have to get your powers back by going into the past and fighting....familiar enemies.

This isn't counting Pirate Warriors because when I play a Musou game, I know what I'm buying. Dynasty Warrior Gundam and Pirate Warriors are games I expect to see all the old familiarities because that's the point of those games...

also, there's a One Piece fighting game(I never played it) Burning Blood(I think that's the name)

I watch a lot of k-dramas and while its all fantasy(even the reality based ones), there is a lot of Korean culture WITHIN the dramas and plastic surgery is either demonized or looked at with awe depending on what's done.

I think too much done will cause a lot of gossip and hate while a little work is usually necessary.

South Koreans seem extremely materialistic too, especially as a norm.

A lot of the time I think they have surgery around their eyes and you can pretty much tell who or who didn't. I think 2PM's Junho is what comes to mind from someone who didn't get surgery on his eyes, or if he did, I don't exactly know what it was. I'm not an expert on plastic surgery.

I actually just resubbed CR. I stopped because I wasn't watching anime for awhile and then I decided to restart AoT and finish it since its over now. I'm in an anime mood....

I just wish anime games weren't mostly fighting games...I miss back in the PS2 era where we got Inu Yasha rpg and 2 Full Metal Alchemist action games with original storyline...

nowadays its either a fighting game or just games with the same plot of the anime(I'm looking at you One Piece....)

So in December, my sister, died of an overdose. I think some may remember the topic. I was not put in charge of trying to get the money for her cremation but I found out our sister, her twin, stole the money in the gofundme and used it so now my cousin is trying to get the money back so she could give it to the people who donated.

My aunt asked me to try and collect money as well and I have been able to get a few dollars here and there from coworkers and thought I'd start my own gofundme. I hate asking people for money and while I think it wouldn't be such a big deal to give my sister to the state, I found out that my god children won't collect their inheritance if that's the case.

So we had 3 months to collect money for the sake of my god children and so here I am, plugging here, on facebook, and hopefully to others and maybe she'll be cremated properly and her children are given their dues.

Yeah but nobody except diehard Sonic fans really know who they are, so they're gonna have to keep using Robotnik for these movies or mainstream audiences will get real confused.

MAYBE they could do a movie with Shadow as the main villain.

Shadow was seen at the end of 2 so I think he will be.

No. It was actually pretty good. Second one was better and Idris Elba as Knuckles is amazing.

I remember playing the first game on PS2. It was fun. Not what I expected either. Sega really knows what they're doing with this series but its funny because I feel like they really put a lot of Atlus into these games now. Was playing Like a Dragon and I noticed that a lot of small things reminded me a lot of Persona 5. Then I played Kiwami 2 earlier and there was a lot of dialogue in my surroundings....which reminded me of Persona 5 lol

Jesus Christ, these file sizes are getting out of hand. That's at least 140GBs of forced slow walking and anime moans/sighs.

I don't think the forced slow walking will be an issue here since its PS5 now. The forced slow walking was because of the PS4 limitations.
