Cable has actually started doing that.

Multiple cable companies have deals with different streaming services, and are integrating the streaming service into their own architecture. So you can theoretically be on your cable/tv and jump to Hulu or Peacock or whatever. And then combining that with package service deals (like TV/streaming/Internet/phone/etc).

A friend of mine has Peacock and Pluto TV as part of his Optimum/Cablevision package, Verizon FiOS offers Hulu as an option, and we'll probably see more of this in the future as various streaming services all struggle to survive on their own. It's entirely possible that most cable companies evolve into becoming launching platforms for streaming and Internet service providers to offer an integrated experience for people who don't feel like subscribing to and setting up dozens of different streaming services.

Thats true. I actually have used my own cable provider for streaming some of the channels in the past. Like HBO Max (Now called Max, so believe)

And it honestly makes sense to move in that direction Which is just a new version of cable

Yea, but why do people feel the need to 100% a game? That Ive never understood either.

Like if a game no longer becomes fun, then stop playing. No need for a 100% achievement if the award its worth the time spent.

The only game Ive played immediately after defeating it is Marvel Ultimate Alliance, but Ive beaten Urban Reign multiple times. Also Mortal Kombat Special Forces for some unknown reason lol

100% a game is fun for some people And just because it takes multiple playthroughs doesnt mean it wont be fun

Not unless you asked for it with no mayo. Most foods (especially sandwiches) are named after only parts of it. Like how when you ask for a hamburger it cheeseburger as most restaurants, it comes with other stuff like veggies and condiments on it. Its not always called cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc on it. Its a cheeseburger, and the menu will usually list the other ingredients on it Many sandwiches are similar where they are named after 1 or 2 parts of the sandwich, but have many other parts as a default. Which in many cases, you can ask for the sandwich without So, unless you asked for a turkey sandwich, no mayo, you didnt ask for just turkey and bread

The sad thing is the number of times I assume everything comes with mayo because everything DOES come with mayo, and order "no mayo" only to be informed "it doesn't come with mayo." It's like one of those microaggression things that used to be all the rage on the Internet. Like there should be a laugh track because it's the punchline of the end of an episode about me getting more enraged about getting served sandwiches that come with mayo I didn't ask for.

Tbf, with certain foods, removing parts of it changes it to a different food Im not a chef, but Ive heard things like that. Where someone orders food a certain way, and they say with X ingredient, its actually called different food name here Theres also the fact that some places get certain foods sent a certain way, so they may not be able to give you something like mayo for certain foods

Mayonnaise.

What I really don't understand about mayo is that people go out of their way to sneak it into your food.

You order chicken salad, and instead of a salad with chicken in it--because why the hell would anybody expect that--you get chicken slathered or n mayonnaise.

You order a turkey sandwich, you get a turkey and mayo sandwich.

I don't like tomatoes either, but those you can pick off and deal with a small amount of flavor from juice. With mayo you'd have to run your damn food under a faucet, which would ruin it in a different way.

Im not sure that counts as sneaking it in. I think its just an ingredient like how some things come with certain condiments

Have not played since starting Case 4, but still wanted to put some thoughts to text.

Turnabout Academy feels way too small for a case that took place at a school. 4 students and 2 teachers? At the very least we should have met the Prosecution Faculty Head. (Which also made me realize the two balcony set-up makes no sense, if there are supposed to be 3 Faculties...)

Realizing the structure DD has been going for, I am afraid Case 4 is going to be as dark and depressing as 3-4 was. I also feel like the narrative just skipped over something, with Apollo just deciding to wear an eyepatch out of nowhere...

This game was told sort of out of order. So, chances are they explain the eyepatch later As I have played these games before, I know they explain at least to a degree because I remember the reason

I absolutely despised CNreal, but I have to admit I actually enjoyed Tower Prep and Unnatural History despite them being so mediocre. Reminded me of Strange Days at Blake Holsey High.

I loved Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, and think about it to this day I was also not happy about Tower Prep being canceled. While it wasnt the best show, I was at least slightly interested in where it was going

Well that's the point of a condiment I suppose. Don't think it was meant to be ate by itself. Now mayo I like by itself. And no I don't eat it by itself I just use my finger and scrape the leftover off a butter knife then consume it.

Sour cream by itself is kinda nasty, but so is mayo. But when you put it on something, it tastes good.

I think I feel that way about most condiments, tbh I like them on something, but not really by itself Especially mustard. While I like it on stuff, its gross by itself

Regulations are all good. The problem is people working around those regulations. For example, people can already charge whatever they want for renting a house to live in. So, its hard to tell someone they cant change how much to charge someone for rent. Or how to prove a house on the market. Or how much things should cost at the store. Regulations can only do so much. But cant stop people just pricing stuff at the price they want Well, cant stop most stuff. Some stuff, they can probably stop I think thats my main worry

I think a problem that wed have to find a way to address first would be people raising the prices of stuff. Like rent or whatever It would suck if after UBI, some places started resisting the rent since they know the people around them would have extra money That would suck

As for Engage, I had fun with it. The gameplay isnt bad. And in the case of both games, there is a lot of customization for all the characters. Especially Engage
