honestly, the YouTube premium family subscription is probably the best value subscription that exists on the Internet, so it's funny when I see ppl complain about ads. especially when the same people also are paying for Apple Music or Spotify and don't complain about those

I've used faxzero before and it worked great and free. It limits how often you can do it and might add a watermark that it was sent through faxzero but it works fine

I do admit Im paying more for the pods but the biggest reason is weight. My partner is disabled and likes to do our laundry as a way of helping out around the house as much as they can. Its hard for them to lift a jug, and their hands shake sometimes and they just lose their grip. So even pour spout detergent can be problematic occasionally. Dropping a pod doesnt cause any issues.

there are liquid detergent dispensers with a spigot at the bottom so you don't have to lift it, if you place it on a shelf

also you can just scoop a little but of dry detergent as described above

is the shaking tremors or epilepsy related?

powder detergent is as concentrated as you can get. you only need like two tablespoons for a load of laundry.

rehab can be free. warm up with finger extensions, literally just fully extending your fingers.

keep weights light and movements slow/intentional (3-4 seconds each rep)

1) light weight eccentric wrist extension and flexion. Don't need to buy dumbbells if you didn't have them, can be with a big can of soup or something. use your pain-free arm to assist in moving the weight back to the top of the movement and slowly lower it back down.

2) forearm rotation with long rod, can use broomstick or pvc pipe. Start very light and only the eccentric portion.
