I haven't seen several of the more recent entries, so there's that. But I remember Captain Marvel being incredibly dull and uninspired. It was actually worse than Thor: the Dark World. And I have nothing at all against Brie Larson. I wanted to like the movie, and I liked the character just fine in Endgame. Her own movie was just dull as it gets.

All of nothing.

If you don't think he should be held accountable, that's on you, but he obviously gave a Nazi salute and any idea that he deserves the benefit of the doubt, or that we should pretend otherwise is pathetic.

Or, a lot of Americans just don't care, reflexively blame the party in power for the economy, and will vote for a liberal in 4 years. That too. Maybe the flaw is that we're assuming there's an intelligence behind the decision-making here, and it's not about messaging, but harnessing anger.

Definitely truth to this. Unfortunately, we lived in different epistemic realities, and the liberal and Democratic Party branding is a nonstarter to a huge number of Americans. The Democrats have to rebrand. That doesn't mean "become conservative," but something has to change. They just were not reaching or resonating, period.
