There is no timeline where Mario 64 doesn't hold up

At best it was a gross misunderstanding of human behavior. When people who have indicated an ability to earn and maintain extreme wealth get more of it they protect it, they don't throw it all over the place because suddenly they have more than they need. They always had more than they needed. There is some amount of investment, but think about how small the group of non rich people that investment impacts is versus nation wide tax funded programs.

At worst it was an outright scam. The richest people hired the most influential lobbiests to all but live in congress and shower conservative politicians with donations under the agreement "you'll stay in power indefinitely if you cut my taxes." A political taking point was agreed upon and to this day, despite all the evidence showing it not only doesn't work but hurts the middle and lower class, we still have to hear about it and how liberals are socialist pirates because they dare not support it.

One time I was ghosted and ultimately did get an answer back from a girl where she misunderstood something about me and made a weird assumption. I corrected her assumption and we actually ended up dating for awhile but her initial ghosting was just the beginning of the red flags popping up. People are either mature, sincere and communicative or theyre not. Why would you want to be with someone who's not?

Basically this girl thought I dated her friend and didn't want leftovers nor to run the risk I was angling to get back in her friends life. This she assumed without asking me or her friend but because when she brought up her friend once in conversation I was pretty sure I knew who she was and after looking at a picture expressed that I used to work with her.

Meanwhile I was not even a friend of this other girl and we probably spent a grand total of maybe 8 minutes interacting in a work environment over the course of a year+.

Well how are american businesses supposed to survive if worker productivity isn't constantly spiking higher and higher every year while workers' wages rarely keep up with inflation and rates of depression and stress-related medical emergencies are through the roof? This really isn't fair to the wealthy.

So let me get it straight.

Free speech endangers children so the government decides to step in to protect them by limiting free speech.

Also:

Gun violence endangers children but the government can't step in to protect them because that would limit the right to bear arms.

It's a valid question with an unsatisfying answer, but it's a mathematical consideration using models that have been perfectly accurate for a hundred years so far. That doesn't mean the models are actually right btw and the math gets wonky in scenarios where you get near black holes...which is why when a scientist qualifies what the math means in that scenario it sounds insane. That definitely doesn't mean it's wrong considering how bizarre the last century of accurate predictions with the modeling have been.
