I gotta agree. I built a gaming PC back around 2004-6 and my main focus was on my sound card and nice surround headphones. Games like Doom/Fear was my main motivation. My GPU was a given to max out.

But even FPS like CS:S, Battlefield Vietnam ect made audio a big part of the experience.

Whatever happened to sound cards? They're just like, not a focus in PC building anymore.

It's not awful. It's also not trying to be a Photoshop alternative. It's just a powerful image editor in its own right and supports extensions for things it doesn't do out of the box.
