how many are there and where are you finding them? because as much of a cesspool twitter is and always has been i don't see rampant racism and hitler worship there. i've been clicking all sorts of random shit lately and it's mostly segmented echo chambers and sometimes idiots bickering. one time a few months ago i found a thread about how some famous photo from the holocaust was faked and there was like 5 fucking likes but hitting ctrl f on this thread makes you think it would have 3000 replies and 5 million views or some shit.

Also the whole "pure-blood"/"mud-blood" thing is very reminiscent of Nazi Germany and ticks both boxes.

why is it racist to give characters names that are common within their culture? i could see where you're coming from if those characters also written as incompetent/evil but none of them were iirc. only the bad guys talked about blood and they were never portrayed in a positive light. harry usually got the upper hand and they all got their asses beat in the end.

idk what to say about house-elves. i'm not aware of any enslaved group in history that liked being slaves or any groups that are stereotyped in that way. it's all just weird and stupid writing.

the claim isn't that garm was steering advertisers away from people/ideas that would hurt their brands. it's that they were using their power as a group that influences a massive amount of advertising dollars to steer advertisers away from people/ideas they didn't like. idk how much more clear i can be than that.

it's illegal and violates antitrust laws. your example would be garm actually fulfilling its intended purpose and there wouldn't be anything wrong there.

for anybody else that was wondering what the lawsuit is about, he's suing garm, wfa, and some others based off the findings of the house judiciary committee in a report they filed around a month ago. garm was created to help advertisers keep their brands away from stuff that could potentially damage their rep. the claim is that they strayed from that and used the trust they amassed to basically push advertisers away from platforms/ideas they just straight up don't like.
