The Oshawatt line is probably my least favorite water starter line, but I don't particularly like any of the others in this lot, so I guess Samurott.

I like the Tepig line, but Darkrai just looks too cool.

Also, rooting for Hippowdon and Empoleon for the Wild Cards!

If anyone cares, I found a place to watch the original, and watched the first three episodes last night. Liking it so far. The third episode was my favorite so far, seeing what happened to the Elric brothers. I'll probably try to get to more tonight, but it'll likely be slow going through the series.

Which version does the daughter/dog thing better? Memes about that are kind of what made me want to watch.

Thanks, lots of good answers in here. I think I'll probably do Brotherhood, then depending on how much I like it, maybe go back and watch the original at some point.

I've never read or seen any version of the series, but some googling tells me Brotherhood is a more faithful adaptation. It's also available on Crunchyroll, so that would be convenient.

Already have the Deku Tree preordered. But I really want a big Peach/Bowser/Hyrule Castle set, like the Disney or Hogwarts Castle sets.

I love hippos in general, so Hippowdon gets my vote easily. I'm surprised it's holding up as well as it is in this group though.

I really liked the rumors I saw awhile back that Giancarlo was going to be Professor X and Denzel Washington was going to be Magneto (the same rumor said this version of Magneto would have been a survivor of the Rwandan genocide instead of the holocaust). I think both of them would have killed it in those roles.

I usually have to force myself not to eat the whole thing in one sitting. I actually have half a pint of Half-Baked in the freezer right now.

Two-Face is my favorite even including Joker. I even have a Two-Face tattoo.

Last guest for Kombat Pack 1. Still have Takeda coming though, and I'm sure they'll do another pack at some point.

Action League Now. Though I feel like as an adult I might prefer Prometheus and Bob, but I haven't watched any of the show in years.

I'd say better than Rise, not quite as good as Dawn and War. Sets up nicely for a sequel/trilogy.

I'll check it out because I love the original series a lot, but it'll be especially disappointing if the D'Arcy's aren't in it at all.

Took a couple of hints, but even after finishing Tap to Play I don't really understand the theme.

Pretty weak crop, IMO, but voted Rhydon.

I always liked Primeape, though Growlithe and Arcanine were close.

The rock opera sequence in Episode 4 was fantastic. I'd watch a whole movie of that.

Is Geno going to be in Wave 3?

It was alright viewing it as its own thing. The acting and action was pretty good, but the pacing was way too fast compared to the anime and manga.

If you're referring to the new one, it's a sequel to a Papyrus sketch they did back then. Pretty sure it's literally named Papyrus 2.

Android Saga is my favorite of the series. Part of that is probably because that's where I started watching, then went back to the Saiyan and Namek sagas later on.

I believe it. Maury, much like The People's Court, hires background people to play the part of friends/supporting witnesses/whatever. You don't even actually have to be the subject of the episode, you can just apply to play the "friend"/"witness"/etc. There's a Youtube channel of some guy who posted about his experiences playing a "witness" for like... 6? different people, on People's Court.

I should specify, she was the subject for a segment. She brought a dude on for a paternity test (yes, it was his, no, there was no chance it was mine).
