I've been wanting to post this for a while now, but I think they should do it and we should give up whole states to accommodate everyone that want's to go, like an exchange program, people who aren't nuts can move into the houses of those who want to go to their precious Whitopia (and the nutso's will move into the decent people's homes). It just has to be made clear that once they move there, there is no going back. Once everyone is settled, and all infrastructure is set up, put up walls, so none of the "riff raff" can get in and keep everyone inside nice and safe. Heaven on Earth.

In reality, since they agreed to stay put and not to leave, the walls would be put up to keep them in. No escape. Like others have said, once it's all said and done, and their lives are still shit, it couldn't possibly be their own fault, so they'll have to blame someone!1!! "Well... I'm blond and blue eyed! You have brown eyes and brown hair! You're not a real white person! I'm much more Christian and white than you! Etc." I fully believe it wouldn't take long for them to wipe themselves out. Just leave them to it and once they've all gone take the land back. People who aren't monsters will not go to these places. Meanwhile the rest of us can spend that time trying to fix all the damage the orange idiot and his cult have done.

Saying that, I chose Pigeon, because it's the only one I'd want to touch of the three. Whatever, I'm sure I'd catch other types quickly after that and dump Pigeon into Someone's box soon enough.

There are a lot of era's that stand out as being hysterical/uncomfortably gripping radio. Jackie Marling, Billy West, (unfortunately) Stuttering John, and the other various interns that would be brought out in those earlier shows.

Later on Artie Lange, KC Armstrong, the newer Wack Packers of the time (also people like Joey Boots), and Crazy Cabbie really upped the stakes.

The midway shift from the second era into the likes of JD Harmeyer, Artie's self destruction and eventually leaving the show, Sal and Richard, was right on the cusp of becoming stale. There was a certain freedom for the gang as they could curse on Sirius, it started out really strong, but it all stated to get really stale.

The current show is so boring, so I never listen unless Howard is interviewing someone I like.

Gary, Robin and Fred will always have a special place in my heart and have contributed much to the show over the years.

If anyone hasn't done it, I highly recommend listening to the 9/11 broadcast... it's quite the trip.

I'm more shocked that the people of Lancaster are against his "idea." I mean... they voted for him and that demographic leans more Republican.... so? I'm glad that there's some human decency in this world though.

This actually made me wonder about a project that got started in my area and seemingly is halted. They closed a Motel 6 and were setting it up to be housing for the homeless. The last time I went by the place was gutted and just left like that. All I could think was, if they finished, people could be relocated and placed in shelters/living spaces. I know it wouldn't completely solve the issue, but it's a start.

I was thinking of a specific thread when I was talking about the "thoughts people have." It was about beards. It got more and more toxic as it went along. Eventually some guy was like "it's funny, cause when we see guys with no beards we consider them the same as women. No one says it out loud, but everyone knows if we wanted to take them (said much worse) we could and they wouldn't resist. They'd probably like it" or similar. No one said "no that's gross/wrong" no one disagreed in any way and I was just like, wow there are guys like that out there who really think like that.

I (as I'm sure we all) have seen some wild things on there and it's interesting to see what people think when they feel free to post whatever. Like, when you realize the thoughts that swirl around in people's heads, it's crazy, but if it never comes back it's for the greater good.

I admit I would post on there to troll and derail conversations. (I say really outrageous things of a gay nature [I'm gay, but think it's funny] and the amount of times the convo stopped dead was funny. I loved it).

I was doing my trolling one time and I ended up having a semi wholesome moment (for 4chan anyway). I was doing my thing and this one anon told me I was going to "burn in hell" and "needed to repent" etc. I turned it around on him and said that he probably wanted me and he got all flustered. I said "you probably want me to do xvz" and he was like "would you? really?" The next thing I knew he was getting all into it, and saying he'd be interested in meeting and describing himself, but he was from Poland and I'm from the US, so... Lol!

After the fact I sort of felt bad because I'm sure so many of the guys on there just need love and they are acting out because they are lacking in someone caring about them. I wonder how many problems could be solved for these young men if they could find love or ways to channel their energy into something positive. Oh well.

Can I also say, if you feel you're on the way out, make sure you stand up for yourself. If they think you're a problem, show them what a real problem is (once you have another job lined up of course). If someone snaps at you out of nowhere, get really stony face, steely voiced, stare right into their eyes and calmly ask "exactly what have I done to deserve this unprofessional response from you?"

Watch the paper tiger crumble. I'd bring up thinking that I'd graduated high school years ago, so I thought that petty school yard stuff was over. If you get pulled into the managers office, just say "I thought you didn't care? You had no intention of caring about my earlier concerns."

Always go over the managers head, keep calling higher up until they have to address it.
