I actually had Dunkin breakfast this morning and it's definitely not worth the price. Their hash browns taste like they microwave them (I made mine better by frying them in a little a avocado oil).

I once told a co worker that had put in a little weight on that I could help her abort her baby if she didnt stfu and do work so i could finish mine and get out of there. She was not pregnant. She told HR on me, but had told them I said I was going to help her lose the baby weight. A union rep came by and asked me about it, and i told him that I didn't say that but did not tell him what I actually said. It never came up again

We've been getting harassed at work by assholes like this. I work in a children's hospital. The only thing we do for trans patients is prescribe puberty blockers and it's a decision made with their parents. The majority of these aren't even used for trans patients they're to stop precocious puberty. So like and 7 year old doesn't need to deal with a period. There's also the rare transgender patient, but they're few and far between.

Anyway, we keep getting informed of reports made of secret backroom transgender surgery. We don't even do those types of operations here. They've had to up security because there's been some threats.

Yeah and they explain everything. Maybe if you climb up and push the block down then cross the bridge and pull the switch you can open the door.

There's like one puzzle near the end of the game that doesn't do this and requires like two different brushstrokes. It's completely out of left field compared to everything else in the game

Tbf there was little horror in the original. Like after an hour you could predict all the jump scares and mob attacks.

It often went out of its way in attempt to misleading you on when and where those jump scares were coming though. Like you'd hear spooky shit, then sometimes something would pop up yo kill you immediately, sometimes it would be from an unexpected location, sometimes it would be exactly where you would expect, or sometimes nothing would happen. It even had some instances of clearly finishing off everything, then just one more pop up.

Don't pretend it's like DS3 where everything was obvious the second youd run into an arena room. The first one definitely put in the effort

I think you'll find it much easier than the Souls games that youve mastered though. I recommend doing New Game+ for a much better challenge. The first run through is largely a pretty easy game.

There are a bunch of other positives from keeping active, so walking is definitely overall good for you. I'm not about to tell you to stop. But yes, in regards to weight loss your diet is the largest factor unless youre like the very few who have some other medical issue going on.

The walks will somewhat help you retain muscle mass and is good for cardiovascular health though. So you don't need to go nuts with it, but doing it regularly is great. If your biggest concern is just losing weight, track your calories. Eat a little less and weigh yourself weekly. If youre losing around one pound a week, that's very healthy. If youre not losing anything, step down a little more to eat even less. Eventually you'll dial it in. If youre very overweight, you can go a bit further on the weight loss per week. Then it's just staying mildly consistent

Maybe it's great for actual diabetics, but I really don't get why everyone else is touting it and similar products like mounjaro as this amazing wonder drug to help you lose weight if the only thing it does is curb hunger? That's never been an issue and you don't lose that much weight after a while simply from not eating. Exercising and fat burning have been the consistent ways to actually lose weight, so I'm very curious how this drug works especially after seeing kelly clarkson's insane transformation.

Diet is considered roughly 80% of weight loss for most people. It takes like an hour of jogging to erase a single snickers bar. It's much more reasonable to not eat the Snickers

Im kind of surprised they put you on it with crohns. It can often cause tummy discomfort that paired with crohns would not be a fun time. Although, you could tell your doctor if you do and theyll have you just stop taking it I guess. Diabetes is definitely more important to keep in check though.

Are you overweight and getting to experience the benefits of that aspect too?

Doing pretty well. I made a lot more money in my younger days and I live an inexpensive lifestyle. So, saving a lot early really helped me out in regards to getting ready for retirement. I was on track to retire at 50, but I made a career change where I'm much happier but make much less.

Im very shallow. Theres nothing beyond surface level for me. Ghosts can't see me because they live on a slightly different plane of existence.

I have some dude i grew up with on FB going off on RFK for wasting time on this and not chem trails. It's weird when someone is right for the wrong reasons

The bathroom I typically use was being cleaned, so I went to another floor. I was in the urinal and looked down at my shoes to make sure nothing was splashing on them. I had to go super bad, so it was a real possibility and I generally try to avoid it.

Near my foot I saw a power outlet. It was against the wall in the row of urinals. My first thought was that it'd be for like a floor polisher or something for cleaning, but there was another one like 8 feet away along the same wall further away from the peeing area.

I did a check of the other urinals and the toilet stalls before leaving. No outlets in there. It was just this one VIP urinal. The only thing of note was that it was the child height urinal. I prefer to use that one so that any splash back doesn't go right on my crotch and look like I pissed my pants. It instead goes like on my knees which I can play off as from washing my hands.

Wtf is this outlet for CE? What is it's purpose? Why would children specifically need it?
