I was so dehydrated, even after drinking a lot of water, my piss was still dark yellow the next day. I just felt dehydrated and week for a few days after. I drank lots of sports drinks over the next week, for the electrolytes.

Ieyasu Tokugawa, the first shogun of the Edo Period, ordered the castles construction in 1612 to secure the strategically important Tokaido Road. It was later meticulously reconstructed to resemble the original building, and as you will see it is magnificent. TEMPLES ALONG THE SHIKOKU PILGRIMAGE ROUTE Tokushima, Japan 4.5 hrs Estimate Duration OVERVIEW Visit two Buddhist temples that lie along a circular pilgrimage route that loops through the Shikoku Mountains. In all, the 750-mile route connects 88 temples, each one representing a stage on the path to enlightenment. Chances are, you will see pilgrims that come to follow in the footsteps of the 9th-century monk and poet Kb-Daishi, who was born on the island and founded the Shingon school of Buddhism. You will reach Tairyu-ji, the 21st temple on the loop, by ascending the forested mountain slopes on western Japans longest ropeway gondola. The views on the 10-minute ride will be absolutely spectacular as will the experience of exploring the temple. It is said that Kb-Daishi practiced asceticism on the rocks nearby when formulating his thoughts. Pretty much. He started talking about the safety and I had a brief moment of "why's he the one telling everybody this?" before realizing that he's done enough other experiments involving improvised cannons to already know exactly which issues needed to be considered to pull together a set of safety rules. In practice, they mostly just mirrored standard range safety guidelines, adapted for a compressor-powered air cannon, and anyone else could probably have done it, but I imagine it's second nature for Adam at this point.Pretty much, Adam goes more into the safety on his channel. I know Adam has wanted to do a video with the Dan and Gav, and also they have been wanting to do one with Adam. It would depend on a number of factors like what other cards are in the river.
