Yeah I don't see the problem. If she has an older sibling in the millennial generation, a lot of culture could have rubbed off on her. Or if she hangs around people older than her or also took inspiration from millennial culture.

I'm from the northeast too, Queens born and Jersey native, sure you could say plain pizza but everyone also says cheese pizza and it means the same thing.

Last time I was there was in 2009, stayed at a hotel in San Juan right by the ocean, and the hotel smelled beautiful like the ocean too. Visited some family there, I remember the drive but no clue where we went. Maybe it's gotten better in recent years but there's a lot of Spanish and it would be easier to get around if you spoke Spanish, but surely in San Juan or other larger cities a lot of people speak English too.

I got out of work at midnight when I worked at a supermarket and I loved walking 30 minutes home. Didn't help that it was much safer because one of the cars I was able to drive had broken taillights which got me pulled over at night coming home from the supermarket so I always avoided that as much as I could.

Not much, but it doesn't mean that I don't like the music. My parents are from the Caribbean, so my mom listens to a lot of reggaeton and my dad listens to a lot of soca, calypso, reggae, chutney. I think my mom listens to some genres I like too like some pop genres, but my favorites are EDM, eurobeat, prog house and D&B.

Delays, if there's someone picking you up you have to tell them to come later or wait longer and that's a big ask at midnight.

I love taking buses and trains. I get to listen to music or watch videos with headphones and look out of the window to watch the scenery. Also why I love walking and a reason I don't like driving. I personally like taking the NJ Transit buses and trains because of that. The ride down to Secaucus on the Pascack Valley Line or the bus to Port Authority is nostalgic because I associate certain songs with them I listened to while going there.

What Japanese keyboard? When using IME, it's wo.

One thing I wish I knew about the IME earlier was how to type a few small vowel modifiers. Like instead of . It wasn't until a year and a half later after wanting to know how to type it that I finally found out. Was watching a Japanese streamer who was doing an English stream and a chatter typed pojitexibu. That's when I realized they were trying to type "positive" since it appears as in Japanese. So to type the small i in (ti) you would type xi, you could also type it as li.

Finally I knew how to type Latias in Japanese. On the IME you have to type it as Ratexiasu.

Went to a Burger King drivethrough when my dad was picking me up from college one night. My dad was arguing with the employee about something but the Whopper was for me. I ate the whopper, next morning I was sick. 100% someone spit in the burger because of the argument.

Yep, I love Times Square. The NJ Transit buses go to Port Authority and there's a lot of great stores in the area. Nice to go to Nintendo NY for game releases, the only issue is there's little leeway to get food and sit down to eat it. Before I moved out of the area I made sure to spend as much time in Times Square and Manhattan before I wouldn't be able to for a while.
